the usa bath, from Kholer is just what we wanted. The installation was done by Cisco Renterie and he did an oustanding job handling all the little details. We could not be happier.the sales rep Mathew was also very thorough.

We had a shower stall placed in 2016 which worked very well. Recently, the magnet on the door fell out and USA Bath honored their lifetime warranty and repaired it at no cost. Edgar did the repair and was very professional. He communicated by text ahead of time when he was going to come. He even replaced the caulk and treated the mold. Great service! The reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is because it took two emails and a written letter before we received a response from the company. It would be nice if the company had a direct customer service email address instead of a ""sales@usabath.com"" email address.

I'm thrilled with my new walk in tub even though I haven't tried it yet. Things have to dry but tomorrow evening don't call me. I'm in the walk in tub!

My installer Cisco was the nicest man snd so highly skilled. He had to perfectly cut my granite to make room for the tub. He had to lower new wiring from the attic to the tub motor and he had to jack hammer the floor to move the drain to its new location. I was amazed at how he was a master craftsman with all the various things he had to do.

My tub is fantastic and I learned that the tub has heaters on the bottom that maintain the heat in the tub! That's amazing. I can hardly wait for tomorrow night to try it out!

Love my new Master Bathroom Re model by USA Bath.
The installer was very clean and courteous and very good at his job. He wore a mask the whole time and I have nothing be great things to say about the great job he did on our 30 year old Master Bath that needed a transformation to a very beautiful bathroom.

I would highly recommend calling Home Depot today to schedule a visit from USA Bath they are an awesome team.

We had our old bathtub replaced with a Kohler walk-in tub. Phillip and Fidel (a newbie learning from the pro) came in on time, removed the old tub, and replaced it with no problems. They laid tarps on the floors so that when they left, you'd never know they were there! Most importantly, when they had to go up in the crawl space above our closet (they had to run electrical wire all the way to our garage), they used plastic sheets to cover our clothing! Outstanding! When they finished, they cleaned up and showed us how to use all the bells and whistles that came with the tub. AND, a special shout-out goes to Liz for keeping us up-to-date on the installation dates (things got held up because they had to order the wall coverings. Great job! Great people! Everybody (especially my wife) is happy! We definitely will recommend USA Baths to our friends and family! Five Stars all the way!

I just can't say enough about the service and the excellent quality of the product we purchased. Adriana, our sales rep was professional, patient, thorough, and honest. She was not pushy at all and really gave us the flexibility to get exactly what we wanted. Her presentation was informative about the product quality and she shared all of the options available with us.

Our installer Justin was neat as a pin and quiet as a mouse, He finished the job quickly and efficiently. He made certain the everything was completed according to our wishes.

Will in the Finance office handled the challenges caused by the Covid-19 slowdown efficiently and we ended up with and even better deal, We were very pleased with the entire process.
