For the price we paid $18,000 for two bathrooms and minimal 'extras' I give USA baths 'Quality' a ""2"". The workmanship was a definite ""10"". The craftsman was skilled, professional, courteous and did the best job he could with the product he received.
Let me first warn you...when they make you sign that contract that some of your 'panels', items may not match on color due to the manufacturing process, there is a definite reason for this. Pictures to follow. Our shower tray and corner unit were definitely 'different' colors than the rest of our enclosures. It's an eyesore. Especially the tub corner unit. Also the drain in our shower is 'off center' by at least 2"". NOT where our plumber had it centeted.
..USA bath actually had to move our plumbing to accommodate the uncentered drain in the drain pan ( instead of ordering another with it properly placed) After waiting over ""3"" months for our $18,000 bathrooms I am 'less than satisfied' with the results. Our concerns were listened to but 'of course'...nothing could be done we had signed a contract.

The materials and installation of my shower are fantastic. They are solid, maintainable, and will last. I'm getting older so we got a grab bar and a folding chair in the shower. My advice is to get the largest shower pan that will fit, not the same size you have now. We also got a premium speakman shower valve, and a niche that I really appreciate. Kudos to Phillip, the experienced friendly installer had to really work hard to get the niche to fit where we wanted it due to limitations of framing and pipes behind the shower. Now my shower is nice like the best hotels. I is really satisfying to have the shower modernized after 30-years!

USA Bath - Very professional company from their sales department, customer service, construction team to the installer. The conversion from tub to walk in shower is phenomenal, so much so we'd like to do a second bathroom. Looking forward to making the call and get the ball rolling!

Satisfied with the end result. Just had the master bathroom full remodel. Floors countertops new mirrors faucets sinks walk-in shower new vent fan and painted the wall behind where the old full length mirror used to be. 4 days and done. Bobby was our installer nice kid. We had to point out a couple of things we noticed and he corrected them. For the price we're paying we pay attention to details and Bobby was great at addressing those issues. So, we have the guest bathroom scheduled for remodel in a week from know and are hoping that Bobby is again our installer. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that we had an issue concerning the painting that was needed after removing the old full length mirror, it seems that Bobby wasn't going to be compensated for that. I had the paint and rollers so materials were covered by me so that wasn't an issue. Bobby didn't wait for USABATH to ok him to paint the wall, so he just did it himself. I hope he gets compensated for this. For he is not paid by the hour, he is paid by tasks lined items. Anyway I thought that was weird that I had to contact the sales department to get permission for Bobby to paint a wall that would need to be painted when taking off. Mirror that's been hiding the old paint for over 20years. That should've been already calculated in the pricing of this project. And when they do our guest bathroom in a week from now I'm hoping I won't have to make the same calls again? Michael Brown YUBA CITY CA.

Everything from start to finish went well. The salesperson, Mathew, was extremely helpful. He explained our options and provided invaluable expertise in answering our questions.

The installation was scheduled much sooner than we expected, which was great. The installer, Jason, was punctual, polite and professional. He was done in two days and we're delighted with the results. I would use USA Bath again if I had another project.

I want to give zero if it allows me to! I don't usually give reviews but seeing my mom stress for over 2 weeks and finally give the task to me of handling these people was horrible. I thought my mom was going to pass out. They came several times to fix this bathtub install. My mom has paid them and yet the bathtub still does not operate like she and we're told, she has an unusable tub. I called Michael who I was told was their top tier guy and after I told him the latest problem he said he'd get back to me in 20 minutes. I called and left several messages for the entire staff (Christina and Jim) as well, and my calls went unanswered all day so here we go again yet another weekend with no answers. The service when problems arise are a joke. My mom is still in grief over my dad and I can't believe they are putting her through all these unnecessary tears. All she wanted was a bathtub she can relax in but instead she has been given a headache. I've waited all day with no resolution to this problem. This simple installation now has turned into a nightmare repair. The staff at USA Bath likes to talk over you and cut you off just to rush you off the phone with no resolution to your problem. When they are wanting to get paid they will harass you day and night. What a wonderful way for her to celebrate Mothers Day. Thanks a lot!
