I had a total of two bathrooms done in my home, one shower with sliding glass and one shower tub combo. I was very pleased with the install, they only took one day for each job. I had no problems with the shower tub combo but the sliding glass was the problem. The glass came off the track and separated from the apoxy that was holding it to the door, after one year of use. This was a dangerous liability because the door was stuck and if I try to move it the glass could shatter and hurt someone. I emailed the manager to see if it was under warranty because it had only been 1 year and 5 months since the install. Apparently it wasn't and she offered to set an appointment and pay an extra $150 to come out and fix it. I was upset because I spent a lot of money on 2 bathroom installs and now they are going to charge me more money to fix a problem that might happen again in a year?! Then another $150 every other year? I told her I was unsatisfied with the product and would not be recommending her business to any friends or family. I never got another response from her again. She couldn't help me or didn't want to help me. I gladly paid another glass install $1800 to put in another door and guarantee their work. When you have a business you have to take care of your customers even after the job is done and you already have been paid! After they got my money I felt like they didn't care any more.

My fiancé and I needed our master shower and guest bath tub replaced due to the grout wearing out and causing mold build up. We were referred by his parents who had them so work in their home a few years prior. We are so happy we went with USA baths. The process was so easy from the consultation to the project day. Jason was our contractor and was so considerate of our schedule. They usually do not book Saturday but he offered it as an option since work was going smoothly and was able to get all the work done In 3 days! My shower and bath are beautiful. We had a shower install about a month-and-a-half ago. The shower itself looks great but there were some installation challenges during and after. In my opinion the mark of a good remodeling company is how well they handle problems because you know with any remodel it's almost inevitable that some problem will arise. I have to give USA Bath and in particular office person Liz,, Service manager Brian and especially the installer Jason top marks for how they dealt with the problems as they arose. They took immediate responsibility for the mistakes, we're very efficient about getting the fixes made as quickly as possible, and did their best to minimize the inconvenience to my family. Jason in particular really did an exemplary job of correcting mistakes made by another installer and is a great representative for his company and takes particular pride in a job well done. I appreciate their efforts in getting this job done right regardless of the challenges that they ran into and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them based on their willingness to get behind the job that they do

We had usa bath remove our old outdated tub and put in a beautiful walk in shower! We are so happy with the finished product and everyone we worked with were amazing! Dylan the installer was Incredibly professional and knowledgeable, and he even stayed until 830 on a Saturday night to be sure to get our bathroom ready for house guests that were arriving the next day. We highly recommend USA Bath. Steve was patience with us in determining the color choices. Seth did good job installing the shower, mirror, and vanity. I'm glad we made the right colors. We love our new guest bathroom.

We are happy with the demolition and placement of our Kohler Step in tub for our daughter. The workers were very careful with garbage and dust. They even gently moved items they thought might get broken . We only had to touch up 3 spots on the walls- it could have been worse because it was a secure fit. It was installed in one day and the inspector came the next. They made sure we were happy and understood how everything worked.
