I'm very happy with my new shower. It's beautiful and only took 2 days for installation. My neighbor wanted to see what work I had done, and he thought it was real Calcutta Marble. The installer, Isrial, was meticulous, clean, and friendly. He showed up on time and did a fantastic job!

I had to wait over 6 months for the shower installation, but it was worth the wait!!

Such wonderful work. Tub looks like it came with house.
Installer was pleasant and very professional. He explained everything about how tub works and emergency operation. Very thorough.
Everyone in office so pleasant and answered all my questions.
Because of Covid and lack of materials it took several months to get.
The Bathtub works great. Perfect for my handicapped husband. Easy for him to get in and out.

USA Bath remodeled bathrooms through Home Depot.

Customer Service, Integrity, and Honesty are significantly low priority for USA Bath. Manager and sales person do not respond except if it involves getting paid.

Facts such as emails and phone records are low priority. Installed wrong wall panels and installed differing panels in each bathroom - claim they went out of their way to do this. We told installers but each installer stated he has to complete job. Immediatly notified Sales Manager but he doesn't answer or take time to respond as soon as available. Production Manager aware. Customer Service not interested in facts, only what Sales Manager has to say. So what is a customer to do (even Managers and Customer Service don't care and, instead, blame customer)?

What could be a 4 or 5 star experience has been a bad experience due to above.

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!! Would give NO stars if possible.
Expensive, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, and super slow (maybe Covid, slow shipping, BUT, 7 months seems ridiculous).
Left a mess, minimal clean up.
Extremely disappointed with their communication(none).

USA Bath remodeled our bathrooms 5 years ago and we have been extremely happy with the work performed. Our upstairs bathroom is a unique shape due to our having a barn style home. Thier installer Phil installed nothing short of a work of art to make the shower work. The biggest test of any installation is the warranty and ours was 5 years. We had some cracks appear in the tub just prior to 5 years and they replaced the tub and wall panels no questions asked. We even had Phil the original intaller do the work. It speaks for itself that he is still with the company. We are thinking of some additional work in the downstairs bathroom and I am planning on using them again.

My tub to shower remodel was fantastic. From the very start of selecting materials, keeping me updated for material status, it was an easy, enjoyable experience. Then comes install time. Isael did the job alone. He very much respected my home, was polite and friendly, and best of all he did an excellent job. I cant be happier with the result. See for yourself below.

USA Baths has a great ad on TV but there's no way it can be done in 2 days.Financing was good although a disorganized bank.Scheduling for install was difficult and I started in February and install was done end of July.Bathroom does look fabulous now that its done.Installer Anthony was great but it was a 2 person job with a 1934 over 100 lb tub to be removed .Got managers involved to get it done.Dylan,manager jumped in to help & finish. Hated to even put up a shower curtain, its so beautuful.Stay on top of USA baths.Was way less than two other bids!! Was a total tub/shower... walls do over!! Thrilled its done!!
