US Trenchless
Company Overview
Experts in drain and sewer plumbing in Sacramento!
Jonas Clark established US Trenchless as a plumbing and engineering company, the former co-owner of The Trenchless Company in Sacramento, to tackle the difficulties consumers encounter when seeking quality pipe repairs and replacements at fair prices.
At just 22, Jonas launched his first venture in 1998, called The Trenchless Company (www.dontdig.com). With support from his brother and business partner Max Greenberg, they grew the company into a regional success.
Once he sold the business, Jonas pursued a career in heavy civil construction, with a specialization in pipelines. When the economic bubble burst, construction opportunities dwindled, prompting Jonas to return to his passion for trenchless pipe rehabilitation.

Ross is great! Reliable honest very helpful highly recommend !

Ross was really great. He is punctual, honest, and reliable. He took the time to really explain his inspection findings to us and he got his report to us very quickly. I would highly recommend his services.

I used US Trenchless to do a camera inspection of the sewer line at a house under contract for a buyer/client. The technician was prompt and courteous. The inspection report helped close the deal-- and the cost was very reasonable.

I really appreciate Ross Motroni and US Trenchless. I have had a great experience with them as one of their clients and have referred dozens of my clients to them as well. My clients often have positive comments about their experience with them. Ryan Montelius, Intero Real Estate

While working with a new home buyer in Hollywood Park, a neighborhood in Sacramento close to Land Park, US Trenchless came out to conduct an inspection. I was very impressed with the service person and would call the company again for an inspection.

They did a great job inspecting two homes that I was in escrow for. The report was sent promptly as well as estimates for repairs to be done by them!
They are easy to book appointments with, but they NEVER pick up their phone.

We had them out to inspect the sewer line before we bought our house. They were able to schedule an appointment around our schedule. Unfortunately they found tree roots in the sewer line, but at least we were well informed and aware of the problem. The tech was able to explain the problem and able to give a worst case estimate.

These guys are friendly, punctual, and do a decent job when it's straight forward; back in July they inspected a house I was thinking of buying and gave me a nice detailed report on it. Due in part to their inspection I didn't wind up buying that house and found another one. So I asked the team to come back to inspect this one and wound up less satisfied the second time around.
This new house did not have any obvious clean out. The team looked around for a while but beyond a walk around and some probing they didn't look too hard. They did try to do an inspection through a kitchen pipe but they were thwarted in their attempt to look inside; it then turned into a roof job but they did not feel confident about that either. Despite the lack of results they wanted to get paid and I figure that since they spent the time they get the money. Their recommendation was look through the toilet or install a clean out for ~$800.
On the advice of my real estate agent I used a different trenchless company for a second look; their agent was a bit late but then spent an hour searching all around the house and probing for the sewer clean out. He couldn't find it but promised to come back later; he actually refused payment when I offered it. He came back and was subsequently able to find the clean out and do the inspection. He easily spent about 2+ hours but the charge was the same as the incomplete job done by US Trenchless.
If you have a straightforward job this company is fine but given the lack of difference in price I'll be going with the other company for future sewer inspection/work needs.

We had US Trenchless do a sewer repair at our house. They did a great job and they did it fast! They were very professional and helpful. It was amazing to me that they were able to bid less than half the cost as estimated by 2 other companies. If you need work done on your sewer, absolutely have them come and give you an estimate. OH! Another thing they did for us? They allowed us to complete the payment for the job in divided payments over a few months. I can't recommend them highly enough!

Fantastic service! Had them out for a home inspection on a new house I was buying and they found a lot of problems. Bought the house and had them out to fix everything. Top notch, will recommend. Thanks guys!
