PERFECT!!! I was told to call u.s. trenchless after getting a $6000 bid from a national plumbing chain. They came over right when they said they would and they worked all day long from 630am until about 5:00 p.m.. They were very friendly and very helpful and cleaned up the work area so it looked just how it did before the work began. And they did it for only $2800. More than 50% off the national plumbing chain. They could have tried to cheat me too but these guys are honest and have integrity.They are great and I highly recommend them!!

Awesome service! I would strongly recommend you use US Trenchless - they have done multiple inspections for properties I have looked at and they do a thorough job, helping you make an informed decision. Sewer inspections aren't something you can afford to pass up or take someone's ""word"" for, and US Trenchless has helped me find defects in properties that were otherwise a green light to purchase as-is, allowing me strong leverage with the seller to get repairs made, or walk from the deal.

Jones was very knowledgeable and helped go over my report with me and explain all the issues they found. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

Jonas came out and gave me a reasonable estimate for a whole home repipe. About a week later, I decided to go with them. After arranging my schedule to make sure I'd be ready for them at the specified time of Monday at 9am, no one showed up. I called and left a message for Jonas and emailed as well. Finally, at 11am I got a call from one of Jonas's workers casually saying he'd be here in an hour. No apologies, no reasons for being three hours late. I told him no thank you and promptly hired another company.
Communication is everything. I understand that things can happen. Workers call in sick, another job may be taking longer than originally anticipated, parts are out of stock, etc. I'm a very understanding person but to be treated as if my time is of no value is not acceptable.
I cannot attest to the quality of their work but if their lack of customer care and communication is any indication, I would NOT take any chances.
