So I moved into my 20 year old house about 2 years ago and the first thing I wanted to do was update my original with the house cooktop and oven. Little did I know how difficult it would be in conversations with handymen and kitchen contractors. Most handymen wouldn't touch cutting granite in place (cooktop opening too small). Most kitchen contractors wanted me to redo my entire kitchen b/c this was bad, that was bad, etc. I worked with Harry III to come up with a plan to use a slide-in range which was much cheaper than trying to replace a cooktop and oven individually that were essentially right on top of each other. They spent a day cutting the cabinets, repairing wall damage done by the original builders, and making sure the range fit correctly. I also had them install a wall-mounted, externally vented range hood. They did a great job; it's much more cost efficient solution than any alternatives. Rest of the kitchen I'll probably DIY with new backsplash, painting/beadboarding cabinets, and new pendant lights in Phase 2.

US Plumbing was referred to me by a friend. They came to do a remodel of our almost 40 year old hallway bathroom. They did demolition and put in new bathtub, tile walls and floor, vanity, toilet, exhaust fan and fixtures.

My bathroom looks amazing, like out of a magazine! No issues. The crew was great; they listened to my concerns, communicated well with me, and got the job done in about a week.

I highly recommend US Plumbing for a bathroom remodel!

I was going to write a long review with lots of details, but that seemed exhausting. Essentially their overall work on our bathroom was fine. It wasn't great, but it wasn't terrible. Their communication was terrible. I was constantly following up with them. I had been told it would take 5 business days to complete. It took 10. They didn't seem to be concerned that it took so long and that we were without a bathroom. I feel like a little communication and a lot of empathy would have gone a long way and I wouldn't be still annoyed at them a year later.

We had a new toilet installed today. Scheduled the service through Home Depot. US Plumbing did a great job. Quick, responsive, no complaints.

I read mixed reviews so was hesitant when I scheduled plumbing services through Home Depot
Everything went extremely well. The plumber arrived within the time frame. He called when he was on his way. Installed four toilets on his own in a few hours. He was fast, efficient and left everything clean and tidy
And the price was cheaper than everyone else I called
Highly recommend

I gave this company another chance. I ordered a faucet installation through Home Depot. This time, the plumber showed up on time and was very professional. I am satisfied with the installation.

I didn't even get a chance to fully work with them because of how rude they were on the phone. I missed their first call about 5 days ago, it didn't show up on my phone, and when I requested a call from an installer again he was very rude when I answered the phone. He spoke as if it wouldn't be worth their time coming out unless I was going to sign. He threw the price $7500 without knowing anything about my bathroom or what I wanted done (mind you this $7500 doesn't include the tub, the toilet, the sink, or the vanity) basically its materials and labor. He said ""clearly you already have estimates and know what you're going to spend so if we're too high then you already know"" When I asked him how he could be charging me $7500 per bathroom when one bathroom is about half the size of the other he said I was right and that it would be $300-500 cheaper. He really just didn't want to give me the time of day and was just really rude about it. I hung up on him and his fast talking and he proceeded to call back asking if we lost connection. I just don't understand why when I'm trying to spend thousands of dollars you wanna be rude about it? Maybe don't install bathrooms and just stick to small plumbing jobs?

I ordered a bathroom vanity from Home Depot and found they contract their plumbing work to U.S. Plumbing. When I told them I wanted a vanity installed they told me the price. They didn't ask if I had a one piece or two piece vanity. When the installer (finally) showed up, he said that installation would cost $150 more since it was a two piece vanity. To glue the two pieces together he needed epoxy glue. He didn't have epoxy glue with him and I had to make a trip to Home Depot to buy it.

The ""crowning achievement"" of his installation was that he didn't use a tarp and got glue on my carpet. I live in a small condo and as soon as you walk in the door you see it on the carpet.

I called U.S. plumbing about the glue, but got no satisfaction. From what I have read, epoxy is a glue that can not be removed.

Call me disgusted. Will not be using these services again.

I was referred to them from Home Depot. They gave me an appointment window of 5 hours for an estimate on an oven installation. I stayed home the entire time and no one showed up and no one called to cancel the estimate. I called the office and no one answered the entire afternoon.

I bought a kitchen faucet at home depot to be installed 6 days later (2 days ago). At the end of Wednesday, I called Home Depot to find out when they are going to show up. Home depot told me they would call me in the next 24 hours. Well now we are 48 hours later at the end of the business week and I have heard nothing. Feels like the BEGINNING of a horror story to come. Meanwhile, my kitchen is rotting from the older leaky faucet. Cheers Home Depot and US Plumbing. I will update as the nightmare unravels...
