Like many here, I was given these guys as bathroom renovators to come out and do a full bathroom remodel on two bathrooms. I get a call and the guy was rude. He questioned whether I knew how much a bathroom costs. He asked if I was serious. I said yes and he said ok I'll have someone call to schedule you. No one ever did. I called Home Depot and they gave me a direct line. Couldn't get through. Maybe a good thing because I found a great contractor to help us out. Home Depot said they were good for their prices and it was worth the pain but if you can't even get someone to come out who cares??

One star because there is no option to give no stars at all. We got their name from Home Depot. We scheduled the first appointment but they did not show up at all. I called - they did not - we rescheduled, they did not show up again and the next time as well.
I don't think I can trust them at all. They are also VERY RUDE on the phone.

We moved into a new house (new to us) and it needed a new tiolet installed. After getting outlandish prices from local plumbing co's I decided to go to Home Depot..Good move I bought a nice toilet for 120.00 bucks and arranged for installation. After a few days of not hearing from them I went back to the store and later that day someone called me to schedule installation..they came on time and while he was uninstalling my old toilet I had time to pick up the new one next door..the tech helped get it in and did a great job installing it..while there were some communication issues at first they did a great job at a great price!!! Im gonna eventually replace all my toilets!! Home Depot here I come!!

If you are unfortunate to have shopped at Home Depot and been given US Plumbing as your installation company I feel your pain. I was told that they will install my toilet and they will call us with the time schedule. After not hearing from them for four days I called to inquire and I was told it was my job to contact them and I was given a date for five days later so I cancelled all my plans for that morning and waited for them to show up. I was told I have the window of time from 9-1 and the installation technician will call before coming. Long story short I called at 12:45 and they could not get in touch with their guy. I got a call from the installer at 1:05 that I am on my way and could get there in 45 minutes. I told him that I had planned meetings for 2PM and I needed to setup a time that he could be there on time. The owner Harry calls me with no apologies but fury and tells me to take it or leave it. I am a realtor and I already have told all of our agents about my experience but since Home Depot is feeding this guy no matter what he did not give a damn about the customers.

Worst company!!!!We got their name through Home Depot. We had our first consult in early May and picked all of our new bathroom items that week. The start date for the project was July 15. Then I made many many calls to get the final cost. (They give you an allowance for certain items then add them the $8,000 bathroom job they advertise. Our new cost was just under $13,000. )So we ask for the paper work showing the cost breakdown. Then when I called again for the paperwork he said our new start date was August 1. I ask him why it changed without talking to us. We said that was the latest we could do the bathroom. On June 27th we ask again for contract to be sent. He said ok and we set June 28 to sign the contract. We stayed home all day and he never called or showed up!! So by this time we were fed up. So we sent an email saying we would not be using the company. Still no call to see if this could be resolved. Home Depot please use another company!! I know there are more reliable companies out there!!

US Plumbing did a beautiful job with our bathroom remodel. The job came out even more beautifully than I ever imagined. The craftsmen that work for their company are true artists. They were all very professional and did exactly what we contracted them to do. I would hire them again without hesitation. Thank you for a beautiful job.

WORST company EVER!!!!!! Referred to the company through Home Depot to install a garbage disposer.

If scheduling is this inefficient, and difficult, I don't trust them to complete the work appropriately (please read other reviews). I should have looked before booking. Don't use them, it's not worth your time.

Don't know about their plumbing prowess but I can tell you that at least one of their 'technicians' is a road rager... drifting into my lane repeatedly so I honked my horn and immediately got the side-swipe fake then the swoop-and-slam in front of me. This guy needs some anger management -- and some driver's ed...

Thank you for taking the time to sit, discuss and resolve this issue. I was informed by Home Depot that you stated that I was notified of the broken pipe prior to the installation of the garbage disposal. I am sorry for the misunderstanding and glad that we could come to an agreement.

No call from US Plumbing today to reschedule from a no show on 1/22/15.
Wouldn't recommend using this company because of their unreliability.
