Great service, We had a cracked Flange which needed to be repaced/repaired. They contacted me right away and were able to send a Plumber to my home within very quickly. He looked over the issue, gave two quotes which were very reasonable and fixed it on the spot. He cleaned up after himself and was very polite and professional and best of all, the issue has been resolved correcly this time. So thankful for URV Projects Plumbing Service to save the day!

We had an odd odor under our bathroom sink and we called this company out. They were nice and professional. They said they would have to do a smoke sewer test to figure out what the problem was and would charge $399 (plus fees). We agreed and they did the test. However, after the test, they said they couldn't identify the problem and I had to call someone else. I paid them and called another company. The new company came in and replaced the pipes under the sink and the smell went away. I feel like this company should have told me that they actually may not be able to identify the problem in the beginning and we would not have done the smoke sewer test. I ended up paying two companies to solve the problem.

The service person snaked the toilet multiple times with and old rusted snaking tool which damaged the bowl with metal scratches. The company tried to pushed back saying those can be ""cleaned"" by just normal cleaning and dismissed that those were damages caused from their end.

Toilet replacement and sink plumbing ! URV are the best which coordinates by Roman, same day you request and they are there ( but be nice too because not all time maybe, they can be there for you ) I meant be realistic ! Overall they are more than 5 stars - Bair and URV are so professionals that I will highly recommend to everyone !

My kitchen sink was clogged and I was looking for a plumber near me on yelp. URV contacted me within two minutes and their customer service arranged a technician who could come and help me unclog my pipes the same day. The price was very reasonable. Baatr arrived forty minutes later. Unfortunately, the snake he brought was not long enough, so the pipe was not successfully unclogged that day. He promised to come back and help me the next morning. He came over with his boss the next day, helped me solve the problem within two hours, confirmed that there was no leakage, helped clean up and promised a 30-day warranty. URV makes me feel that they are very honest and reasonably priced. If I encounter plumbing problems again in the future, I will definitely come to them and I will recommend them to my friends.
