If punctuality and neatness are traits that matter in selecting your handyman, then Roman would be the stand out guy. He was on the dot at his 1st appointment (look/see) and also gave me an accurate ETA on the day itself. He was also very obliging and disciplined knowing how particular I was about shoe covers. Came prepared with all his tools (unlike some who would walk in & out a thousand times to retrieve their tools even with knowing the requirements of the task) and completed the job efficiently. Price is reasonable with market rate. Would definitely go to him again should need arises. His polite and gentlemanly demeanor is also a bonus!

He asked me for the brand and model so he could research what he would be doing prior to giving me a quote. His price was fair and he did a wonderful job. I'm batting 100% when utilizing the magical blue ""Request a Quote"" button. Since URV Projects popped up with 5 stars, it was an easy checkbox for me to hit before sending in the details of my project.
This is actually the 2nd time I've used Roman, so that alone validates that I am a repeat customer.

My first project was to cut around 20 pieces of Race Deck flooring in my garage. I believe I selected 10 businesses to respond to my project, and Roman's quote was so much more competitive than the rest of the pack. We agreed on a price, a date and time, and he showed up on time and executed the project flawlessly. Each piece was cut to perfection, and Roman even cut a few pieces that were not a part of the initial quote.

My 2nd project was to remove an old satellite dish and to seal and replace a strip of composite shingles. Since the dish was on a second story, it made it a little more challenging for Roman to complete. I didn't have to utilize ""Request a Quote"" because Roman is now my go-to handyman. As expected, my roof looks as if the satellite dish and the attached cables were never there, to begin with.

If you are in need of a reliable handyman that is professional, honest, and a perfectionist, give Roman a call. Rest assured, he will NOT nickel and dime you!

Roman replaced our bathroom faucet. He did an excellent job for us. He replied to my request for quote within minutes and came to do the job within an hour. He texted me to let me know that he was on his way. His cost was reasonable. He was professional and courteous, and did a thorough job, including complete post-installation testing, cleanup and taking away the old stuff. I would highly recommend him.

Roman did a great job with hanging out curtain rods . It seemed easy to us at first but when we tried to do it ourselves we had issues with the metal frame around the window. We called Roman looking at the yelp review and were very happy with the way he handled the project. Very professional !
