I found URV Projects Plumbing Service on Yelp and I am extremely happy and satisfied. What impressed me about Roman his professionalism, patience, and honesty from start to finish. I would highly recommend Roman and I plan to make him my permanent plumber.

Roman was fast to respond to my call. I needed to remove the old hot water heater that was leaking in order to determine if there was damage to the platform below. Roman drained the hot water heater and removed it off the platform for me. I took it from there and dried out the platform and better reinforced it with 2x6 pieces of wood and other boards in preparation for possibly a heavier hot water heater. I had purchased a cut piece of 3/4 plywood that was cut to 32 x 32 to install for the top where the new hot water heater would be placed. Roman was kind enough to trim it down a few inches and nail it to the platform. He installed the hot water heater and got me working in a jiffy. I really appreciated the thorough installation.

I had a lot of complications due to having to order a special 75 gal, Nat. Gas. Bradford White hot water heater online that did not require 110-volt power. The first shipment was damaged and I refused it. The 2nd shipment was damaged too, but Roman made me feel confident that the dents and nicks were cosmetic. After talking to the hot water heater supplier and arriving at an amicable discount for the dents Roman completed the installation. I love the fact that he brought everything up to code for 2021. Roman positioned the hot water heater in a manner that the imperfections did not show. The hot water heater looks great with all of the new safety features. Roman even installed a little PVC pipe to the protective pan that would drain into a bucket sitting adjacent to the platform, in the event of a leak. That was a little extra that I really appreciated.

I bought my house new in 1989 and my last Rheem hot water heater lasted ~ 33 years. I doubt that I will be that fortunate again, however, I can at least hope that this new Bradford White 75 gal Nat. Gas. hot water heater will last my lifetime in this house before I sell it. I feel confident that the work that was performed will hold up for that opportunity.

Water line into the house and regulator were leaking in several spots. URV was able to do the quote with just a series of close-up photos of the problems, which sped things up. URV had the lowest quote out of several contractors, and then showed up quickly. Two hours later, I had a new regulator and my formerly cruddy, leaky piping looked shiny and dry. 5 stars.

Roman was great!!! Just like others on Yelp, we sent messages to get quotes for a project we needed done. With the pandemic, we waited to have it fixed. But we decided to have it done and so glad we did! We needed two faucets and two cartridges in the shower replaced. They weren't the first to respond to my messages, but when they did, they had seriously the best quote right from the beginning. No haggling at all! We did not feel like we were being nickel and dimed for the project.
Roman came right on time, wore shoe coverings and mask. Very professional. He was very kind. Answered all my questions without being condescending or rude. In the past, we were loyal customers to plumbing care inc. I don't know why we stayed with them for years. We used them like 3 or 4 times. But we never had a good experience with them, but the price was good. But so not worth it!
During the work, Roman ran into a few issues, but resolved them quickly. And again, didn't raise the price on us. Which we thought he might. That was just awesome!!!
Roman was efficient, courteous, professionsal and the price was the best. I will most definitely use them again!
