URV Projects was one of the companies that promptly replied to my request for quote. I needed the Water Pressure Regulator Valve on the main water supply to my house replaced. They gave me a reasonable quote.

Once they came over to get started on the project, they realized the part that we thought would work through pictures shared online, wouldn't suit our setup. They came back a few days later once i ordered a new part and did the job.

Overall i'm happy with their workmanship. Alex was the one i interacted with to discuss about the part and scheduling the job. He is really quick to respond to messages. Roman was the one who did the job and was super easy to work with, which made the experience hassle-free. I do highly recommend this business for similar plumbing projects.

Excellent service! Communication was excellent through out the entire process. Their pricing per job was very reasonable and competitive. The job had to be rescheduled due to rain (it involved welding), and we rescheduled to a mutually agreeable date. On the new date, they arrived right on time. The work was well done and with attention to detail. And of course... they cleaned after themselves!

There are times when you just need help. URV stepped up and provided that to me. They responded to my need to fix not just one stopped up toilet but another that was leaking all over my other bathroom floor. And then there was the mess that was coming up the drain in my bathtub. Roman was reliable and incredibly easy to work with. We've been looking to repair a jetted tub in the house and couldn't find someone reliable enough to do the work. Roman was very responsive, could go back and forth with him via text, and promptly finished the work and in budget. We were looking to get the jets plugged and he did so without making it as complicated as other servicers had. He came, he took measurements, he fixed! This was during the pandemic, he showed up with a mask on and was respectful throughout the whole project. Will absolutely be reaching out to Roman in the future and recommend to anyone else needing a reliable service provider!

Had them replace a rubber gasket for one toilet and had them fix a water leak issue for another.

Previous plumber tried to upsell a new toilet. And tried to convince me to hire them as a general handyman for various projects I had around the house.

I requested a quote for installing a toilet. URV was quick to respond with a very fair price. I was able to set up an appointment on the same day. Roman came and installed the toilet really quickly. His work was excellent and he kept the area clean even during the installation. Highly recommended!
