Yelp is untruthful and misrepresenting details on my small business profile.

Yelp has decided to remove the content I posted concerning their inaccurate information. Moreover, they have a significant number of BBB complaints for what is perceived as dishonest tactics. If you visit the BBB website and search for Yelp, you will find a notice that reads, ""There is an alert for this business!"" 531 addressed in the last year"" and ""Complaints focus on business owners concerned that their positive reviews are being suppressed while negative reviews persist, which may mislead consumers about their business."" Certain complaints also involve business owners asserting that there are misleading or false reviews on their Yelp listing and that Yelp will not eliminate them.

Yelp is unwilling to delete my business account. They do not present ALL of my reviews and refuse to take down the false review that was given. Yet, they altered my business information to exclude THIS detail.

Yelp shows my company as having just ONE review. That is incorrect. I actually have 11 reviews, 10 of which are 5-star ratings. Yelp has decided to show just the ONE negative review, which is misleading and false.
