Yelp is not honest and is altering information related to my business account.

Yelp has taken it upon themselves to erase the details I provided regarding their misleading information. Additionally, they have numerous complaints with the BBB for what many consider to be unethical practices. By checking the BBB website for Yelp, you will see a warning stating, ""There is an alert for this business!"" 531 resolved in the past year"" and ""Complaints relate to business owners who fear their positive reviews are being hidden while negative ones stay visible, potentially misleading consumers about their business. Certain complaints also involve business owners asserting that there are misleading or false reviews on their Yelp listing and that Yelp will not eliminate them.

Yelp refuses to remove my business listing. They fail to show ALL of my reviews and will not remove the inaccurate review that was submitted. Still, they changed my business information to remove THIS fact.

Yelp indicates that my business has only ONE review. This is not accurate. In reality, I have 11 reviews, with 10 being 5-star ratings. Yelp has chosen to display only the ONE negative review, which is both inaccurate and untrue.
