Yelp is not honest and is altering information related to my business account.

Yelp has taken it upon themselves to erase the details I provided regarding their misleading information. Furthermore, they have received many complaints with the BBB for allegedly engaging in questionable practices. If you visit the BBB website and search for Yelp, you will find a notice that reads, ""There is an alert for this business!"" It also indicates, ""1725 complaints addressed by BBB in the last three years Some complaints also involve business owners claiming that there are false or misleading reviews on their Yelp profile and that Yelp refuses to remove them.

Yelp is unwilling to delete my business account. They do not display ALL of my reviews and they will not eliminate the false review that was posted. Still, they changed my business information to remove THIS fact.

Yelp claims my company has a single review. That is incorrect. In reality, I have 11 reviews, with 10 being 5-star ratings. Yelp has chosen to display only the ONE negative review, which is both inaccurate and untrue.
