Yelp is not honest and is altering information related to my business account.

Yelp has decided to remove the content I posted concerning their inaccurate information. Furthermore, they have received many complaints with the BBB for allegedly engaging in questionable practices. By checking the BBB website for Yelp, you will see a warning stating, ""There is an alert for this business!"" 531 closed in the last 12 months"" and ""Complaints involve business owners worried that their positive reviews are being filtered while negative reviews remain, possibly giving consumers a distorted view of their business. Some complaints also involve business owners claiming that there are false or misleading reviews on their Yelp profile and that Yelp refuses to remove them.

Yelp will not take down my company profile. They do not display ALL of my reviews and they will not eliminate the false review that was posted. Yet, they altered my business information to exclude THIS detail.

Yelp indicates that my business has only ONE review. That is incorrect. I truly have 11 reviews, 10 of which are rated 5 stars. Yelp has opted to highlight only the ONE negative review, which is incorrect and untrue.
