Eric is the Best! I trust him wholeheartedly! He is honest, has integrity and is always awesome! I first met Erik when my house flooded with 15"" of hot water. He remediated for me, came back repeatedly to help when the contractor I hired scammed me and left a very dangerous situation of a live electrical wire in water under my home. He saved me $10k when another company tried to scam me and claim I needed a ton of work done when I only had a leaking shower head. I always use Eric and am totally loyal to him and his crew. Up to Code is awesome!

Eric, Eduardo and Amanda really took care of a tough situation with our water heater failure. They worked with our Home Warranty and with the manufacturer after even the new water heater started to fail. They were very responsive, the work was professional and clean. I would highly recommend up to code plumbing to others!

Eric is the owner of the business and is honest and professional.

Josh was the plumber who did the majority of the work. He overcharged me by hundreds of dollars, and didn't finish the job. Eric charged me an additional fee to complete the work.

Josh did not return not my phone calls; installed the toilet seat improperly; failed to install a toilet seat cover on a second toilet overcharged me by at least $500 and misrepresented himself as an employee of the company after he was let go from Up to Code plumbing company.

Bottom line: I was taken to the cleaners by Josh for a minimum of $500, and then I needed to pay the owner an additional $145 to finish the job.

A warning to future clients: UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES should you allow JOSH to do ANY work at your home or work.
