I had a bad experience with Up2code. My pilot light went out and no hot water on 3/3/19 Up2code comes out on 3/5/19. They replace 2 parts and says wait for 20 minutes before hot water pressure comes back on. I wait an hour, 2 hours no hot water. I call back on 3/6/19 and the assistant took a message and someone will cb. The person who repaired the Hotwater heater says it's a PGE issue. PG&E comes out on Friday 3/8/19 wrote a report that stated Gas pressure and other tests are good. Wife calls and explains situation and on-call person hangs up on Wife because she's upset that not hot water. The send same guy out on Monday 3/11/19. He forgot to turn Hot Water Switch on. Requested call back from Owner Mike on 3/6/19 still haven't heard from him and no apologies for bad service, hang up, no call back. Facts. Company wanted to charge an additional $250.00 to come out on Sat 3/6/19. Facts!

We purchased a new water heater from Lowe's for a home we are remodeling and it didn't work. Lowe's would not take it back (which didn't seem right since it was defective out of the box), instead we had to contact the manufacturer and have them send us the part (temperature sensor) and they asked us to call one of three local plumbers.

Two didn't even return my call :( I was worried because the house is going on the market for sale within days and I needed this resolved FAST!

I am glad that UP2CODE Plumbing DID answer my call. Katherine was understanding of my situation and squeezed me in the following day. Katherine and Krista (sorry if I am spelling names wrong) were very professional and easy to work with over the phone. The technician that came out (Kyle) was also very professional and friendly. He repaired the water heater and waited around for awhile to be sure it worked properly.

I was pleasantly surprised because this was ""warranty work"" which most many companies don't like to deal with but they took care of me very well. Thank you to the staff at UP2CODE! I'll be calling again when the need arises.

We called Up2code when my mom had a water leak. They were super busy but squeezed her in to help diagnose the problem/determine where the leak was at. Even though they were too busy to do the work, The hooked up the house so that she had water until the leak could be fixed. They were extremely kind and we were so thankful for them to help provide her with water by bypassing the leak.

Jeff was very efficient and solved the problem with our water heater right away. There was a vibrating annoying sound every time we use our hot water, our previous plumber didn't know what was causing the sound and I'm glad these guys came out to fix it. They are fast and knowledgeable, it took 10 mins to fix. Thank you UP 2 CODE.

My water heater had a leak for the 2nd time. Initially was comunicating with another company (by text) to set an appointment and was going to be charged $800 for replacement and warranty processing.
Instead, we ended up using UP2code who charged us $550. Customer Service was outstanding. The company responded to my message promptly and had our water replaced the next day by Josh (friendly, excellent service, on time).
This company saved me money and provided professional service. I can not respect a company more when they provide honest and quality service. Will be using this company for future plumbing or water heater issues.

I can't say enough about Up 2 Code - Krista, the officer manager, was amazingly helpful, patient and kind. She spend a lot of time going over my options and quotes with me, even when I kept wavering back and forth - she was so nice about it and extremely knowledgeable.
