I can't say enough about Up 2 Code - Krista, the officer manager, was amazingly helpful, patient and kind. She spend a lot of time going over my options and quotes with me, even when I kept wavering back and forth - she was so nice about it and extremely knowledgeable. And Kyle, the person who installed our new water heater, was great too. He as on time, efficient, and did a great job with the entire process. I highly recommend Up 2 Code!

Up 2 Code is always on time, professional with their work and a great local company to do business with. My experience has been personal in our home installing gas lines to the fire place and changing the kitchen from electric to natural gas, plus a couple of minor plumbing problems over several years.

Ack! We had to turn off the water to the house because of a bathroom plumbing situation. Here it was, mid-afternoon on a Friday. Good luck, right? I called Up 2 Code Plumbing, and Joe was able to arrive just when he said he would (before 5 p.m.). He took care of my issue efficiently and without drama. And the price was definitely right, too, which doesn't hurt. I am thrilled! (Full disclosure: I had called another plumbing company first, but they weren't available until Monday afternoon. Krista was very pleasant and understanding to work with. I told her I had called our water heater manufacturer and that they provided Up2Code as one of the local companies that they had worked with and that they provided a parts authorization number in case a warranted part needed to be replaced. She was upfront with the labor fees for weekdays vs weekend days. Kyle arrived within the promised time slot and was very friendly. He recognized the possible problems right away after I described what happened. He did have the part with him and replaced the defective unit very quickly. Very good experience with Up2Code here!

This organization is in way over their heads! They do not have basic business courtesy or any knowledge of fundamental customer service. This is unacceptable, especially in a small town. We were able to get a quote and then it went completely down hill after that. They held up a major project for weeks. We finally gave up after repeatedly calling them, being promised a service date multiple times with no show, no calls. We requested several call backs with no response. We even went out and talked to Krista at the shop and was promised over and over again that someone would be out to our house on specific dates. We prepared our house several times for service (no easy feat) and no one showed up. Regardless of the circumstances, a simple courtesy call is a priority. We finally hired someone else who got the job done within days in a professional manner.

It was a Friday and I had been on the phone for over two hours with the manufacture and was getting no-where, when I finally called Up2code. They did some schedule moving and managed to work me in. YAY ...... I was also able to get a quote on some other plumbing issues that weren't as critical. Thanks again for the great service !

This company does not even deserve one star! After many, many calls (messages left on a machine) they still couldn't get it right. I left specific instructions on which numbers to call at exactly the times I would be at that particular phone number. They obviously don't listen to their messages. Three times they called the number I was not at. Then they get upset. Extremely unprofessional!! In the end, I never was able to get them to help me. Why these
people are in business I'll never know.
