The talented technician, Mr. Dave"" arrived on time; drained and removed old water heater, and installed new Rehem water heater and expansion tank. Re-plumbed water lines, reconnected electric, added wire and box. Filled tank and verified no leaks. Throughout work he explained functions of tank, how to do preventative maintenance to extend life. Completed work on time, and for precisely amount of previously quoted. Extremely rare to find honest person who thoroughly understands his field - highest recommendation.

The techs Louis and Jeff were great. They were both very professional and kind however I would never use this company due to the unprofessional manager Kasey. Kasey was moody and unhelpful. If you have someone answering the phones for your company they should have some people skills.

Unlimited was assigned as the plumber under my home warranty company to provide service to my home. The drain lines in home were blocked and sewage was backing up thru a garage drain. The company never called me to schedule the appointment, which they were supposed to do. When I called them, the first thing said by the scheduler was that ""my sewage backup was probably not covered."" They scheduled me 3 days later and showed up without the correct equipment. He was suppose to snack the drain 100 feet and he went as far as 50 and when he reached to blockage pulled it back. Absolutely terrible service. Would not use them again. I did follow up with a professional plumber who cleared the blockage. Don't waste your $$s with this company...they are not equipped and first thing that comes out of their mouths is ""no"" can't fix it. Read all the reviews before hiring them

Technicians are great. The manager is the worst! They refused to submit to home warranty the need to replace the mixing value which should not have to be adjusted 3 years after Bradford white gas water heater replacement.

I found UPP through the Sears Warranty program, and wasn't expecting much as previous Sears Warranty repair people were hit and miss. However, I was very pleasantly surprised. They were very thorough and professional, and fixed stuff that other plumbers could not. They know what they are doing. I would gladly hire them again even outside of Sears.

These guys are good. Friendly. Knowledgeable. And they know what they're doing.

But WATCH OUT on the pricing. I needed a part changed on my HVAC, and they quoted me over $300 for parts and labor. Thankfully I wasn't there, so my wife told them that she'd talk to me.

Well, I looked up the part on Amazon. It was $150. I bought it and installed it myself in literally less than 5 minutes.

I feel like I almost got ripped off. And now I'm wondering what else have they overcharged me for. Seriously. $150 labor for 5 minutes of work? Don't they have a conscience?

A bit of trouble with late arrival...but Steve came to the rescue. My hot water heater was leaking and I had no hot water Christmas weekend....he was very knowledgeable and professional, I highly recommend this company.

I have used UPP for the last several years for a variety of plumbing issues as well as for AC units. Their service is outstanding, prices are fair and they have fixed every plumbing or AC issue I've had. They do not upsell for unnecessary products, either, unlike the old plumbing company I used to work with.
