I found UPP through the Sears Warranty program, and wasn't expecting much as previous Sears Warranty repair people were hit and miss. However, I was very pleasantly surprised. They were very thorough and professional, and fixed stuff that other plumbers could not. They know what they are doing. I would gladly hire them again even outside of Sears.

These guys are good. Friendly. Knowledgeable. And they know what they're doing.

But WATCH OUT on the pricing. I needed a part changed on my HVAC, and they quoted me over $300 for parts and labor. Thankfully I wasn't there, so my wife told them that she'd talk to me.

Well, I looked up the part on Amazon. It was $150. I bought it and installed it myself in literally less than 5 minutes.

I feel like I almost got ripped off. And now I'm wondering what else have they overcharged me for. Seriously. $150 labor for 5 minutes of work? Don't they have a conscience?

A bit of trouble with late arrival...but Steve came to the rescue. My hot water heater was leaking and I had no hot water Christmas weekend....he was very knowledgeable and professional, I highly recommend this company.

I have used UPP for the last several years for a variety of plumbing issues as well as for AC units. Their service is outstanding, prices are fair and they have fixed every plumbing or AC issue I've had. They do not upsell for unnecessary products, either, unlike the old plumbing company I used to work with.

Call Unlimited Plumbing & Piping (UPP) for your plumbing work! I woke up to water on the floor from a leaking garbage disposal in the kitchen sink. I called UPP and within 30 minutes they returned my call. Within 90 minutes of calling the plumbers were at my house. The plumbers (Dave and Hunter) were friendly, helpful, and quick. They had the leak stopped and swapped out the garbage disposal in less than 45 minutes. Overall outstanding customer service.

The plumber did some minor work on my kitchen sink changing the location of the garbage disposal. The problem was that the plumber removed fasteners that were securing my sink to the countertop but when he finished he did not properly re-fasten or re-secure them in place.
As a result my sink collapsed and separated from my countertop a couple months later. The glue was not enough to keep it connected and in place.
Unlimited Plumbing & Piping assumed no responsibility for removing but not reconnecting the fasteners even though they caused the problem. They did not even apologize and I had to pay several hundred dollars to pay another person to fix the problem they created.
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM FOR ANY PLUMBING WORK

UPP serviced a home warranty call for a stopped up kitchen drain. The technician, Mike, was knowledgeable, friendly, and really easy to work with. He diagnosed the problem, used appropriate equipment to resolve it, and left the work area really clean. I would definitely recommend UPP to others.

We recently had a pretty noticeable gas leak in our home in Leesburg, VA. We had to call the fire department and everything. We contacted UPP immediately and they had a knowledgeable and friendly team at our door the next morning. They explained what the problem was, took some extra time to help us understand the source of the gas leak (two aging valves) and then replaced our hot water heater. By 11am the morning after the gas leak the problem was solved by the great UPP team and I felt it was done at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend UPP.
