If you are looking for plumbing services in the Los Angeles area -- look no further. These guys were excellent! Ruben, Oscar and Alex were sent out the same day (even though it was already 6pm) to help us with a blocked sewer line. Most places would have just made us wait until the next day. They quickly found the source of the problem, recommended a solution and fix the problem.

They were efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. We will definitely be using them for any future issues.

These guys are great. Super fast and reliable. I had a plumbing issue come up yesterday and they fit me in for today. When they came and assessed the issue and realized it was a bigger job than expected they quickly worked out a way to make sure the job was done today, which it was. i appreciate the hard work and flexibility. Angel, Soloman and their crew were great and super helpful.

Ruben, the father, and Leo, the younger son, came out to the house and cleared the main drain line out to the sewer. Angel, the oldest son and the boss, then came and put the camera through to show me what was going on with our line. They did this for a fair price and were really nice guys. They didn't try to get us to do super expensive unnecessary work like another plumbing company in the area, Reliance, tried on us. Angel showed me the pipe and where Reliance tried to get us to change a section of pipe for thousands of dollars, above a section of pipe they had already worked on and already charged us thousands, the pipe was fine. The piece Reliance had put in was off center as well and didn't allow for the smoothest drainage. Universal did not try anything like this with us. I recommend them.

This is the second time I've used Universal. This time, I had a leaking bathtub faucet and backed up bathtub (bad combination). Other plumbers were constant no shows, but Universal plumbing was willing to come out same day, and was willing to work around my work schedule. They are always on time.
Ruben and Oscar were great. Ruben always consulted me with my options before he did any work, so there were no surprises.

I called Universal Plumbing because I saw good reviews for them on Yelp. I had a leak in my house and had hot water pressure issue. Their price is reasonable compared to other plumbing companies so I had them do the job. Mike and Chris went to my house to fix the leak/pressure issue. They were very good at their job and rain or shine, night or day they came to my house to fix the issue. They came to my house 3 times and all the time they were very professional, the last time they came, it was really raining but that did not stop them from coming and worked until late hours around 9:00 PM until they fixed the issue. They're very nice, professional and real hard worker. I would highly recommend Mike and Chris for any plumbing job.

Universal plumbing is top notch. I am an apartment manager and use them for a lot of the plumbing that my maintenance crew is unable to do. They come in, get the job done and leaves me with no worries that we will have the problem again in the near future. My tenants have had not one complaint about the plumbers. Happy tenants makes my job easier.

I thought I had an underground leak and I contacted Universal Plumbing because of all the great reviews. I already had estimates by other plumbing contractors to perform a leak detection test at $475 as other plumbers were sure it was an underground leak. Universal was my last estimate and Oscar came out and determined it was my sprinklers causing the issue. He shut them off completely for me and left without charging me a dime. This gesture shows true honesty and integrity - something that is hard to find now a days with so many scam artists out there. Thank you!

I called to get a water heater replaced. They wouldn't give me a ballpark figure over the phone but said they could replace it the same day. Eli and Mike came about 2 hours later and replaced it with the brand of my choice. They cleaned the area afterwards and explained what was replaced. It seemed slightly pricey but they did a good job. So far no complaints.
