Welcome to Universal Construction. I am a General Contractor. We handle all phases of construction. Our services include DESIGN, BUILDING, and INSTALLATION Carpentry, Plumbing Systems, Electrical Systems, and Heating Systems. With an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau, we ensure quality service. Our services include blueprints for architectural and structural needs to be submitted to city building departments. Our team will assist you with the Permit Process. Once we start your project, we will help you choose the best products for your needs. To protect your investment, we have Liability Insurance, Workman's Compensation Insurance, and a State Bond. I look forward to discussing design ideas and providing you with a Free Estimate.
During my time in the construction industry, I discovered that SERVICE is just as crucial as construction skills. For eight years, I worked as a Journeyman Union Carpenter. I bought several properties while working. I remodeled those homes and found great satisfaction in the process. I self-taught in Plumbing, Electrical, Heating, tile, Drywall, and painting. All my work was completed with Building Permits. By doing so, I had my work reviewed and approved. I loved it so much that I decided to pursue it professionally. I aimed to become a General Contractor and start my own construction business. I went to school for Construction Management and received my BA. Subsequently, I earned my General Contractor's License. I have been expanding my knowledge ever since. I find joy in building and finding solutions to the challenges that arise in any project.
