We are Universal Construction. My role as a General Contractor encompasses every phase of construction. We handle all phases of construction. We offer DESIGN, BUILD, and INSTALL solutions for various systems including Carpentry, Plumbing, Electrical, and Heating. With an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau, we ensure quality service. Additionally, we provide detailed blueprints for your project to facilitate city submissions. Our team will assist you with the Permit Process. When we begin your project, we will support you in selecting the ideal products. To protect your investment, we have Liability Insurance, Workman's Compensation Insurance, and a State Bond. In my construction career, I learned that SERVICE holds equal weight to construction expertise. My experience includes eight years as a Journeyman Union Carpenter. Throughout that period, I purchased several homes. I enjoyed remodeling them and found it fulfilling. I taught myself Plumbing, Electrical, Heating, tile, Drywall, and painting. I ensured all my work was permitted. By doing so, I had my work reviewed and approved. My enjoyment of the work inspired me to make it my career. I chose to become a General Contractor and establish my own Construction Company. I pursued a degree in Construction Management and obtained my BA. Afterward, I secured my General Contractor's License. I have been learning ever since. I find joy in building and finding solutions to the challenges that arise in any project.
