Welcome to Universal Construction. I am a General Contractor. We handle every aspect of construction. We DESIGN, BUILD, and INSTALL Carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and heating systems. Our company holds an A+ Rating with the Better Business Bureau. We also offer Architectural and Structural Blueprints for your project to submit to the City Building Departments. We guide you through the Permit Process. When we begin your project, we will support you in selecting the ideal products. Our company is fully insured with Liability Insurance, Workman's Compensation Insurance, and a State Bond to protect your investment. I am eager to meet with you to share design ideas and offer a Free Estimate.
While working in construction, I realized that SERVICE is equally important as technical ability. For eight years, I worked as a Journeyman Union Carpenter. I bought several properties while working. I remodeled those homes and found great satisfaction in the process. I self-taught in Plumbing, Electrical, Heating, tile, Drywall, and painting. All my work was completed with Building Permits. This approach allowed my work to be inspected and approved. My enjoyment of the work inspired me to make it my career. I decided to become a General Contractor and launch my own construction firm. I attended school for Construction Management and earned my BA. Then, I obtained my General Contractor's License. Since then, I have continued to learn. I take pleasure in building and solving problems that arise during the creation process.
