Great price on my GE Cafe dishwasher. Salesman was very concerned that it would not fit my undercounter space. Took a little convincing but finally got him to sell it to me. This might seem like a negative at first, but he made me make sure that it would fit and he was very concerned that I would be happy with my purchase. I definitely am and installation went very well.

We walked in today to Universal Appliances on a hunt for new appliances for our outdoor kitchen and were well taken care of by Justin. He gave us a full tour and even went into some of the history of the different brands. His knowledge and experience with the products was super impressive.
With our budget, he customized all the different parts, getting creative with the different brands.
The prices were fair and very competitive with other stores we had shopped around at.

When I needed a service call for my Jennifer Air dishwasher, this is the 2nd time for this dishwasher, it's only 4 years old, they cancelled my appointment without my authorization. They claimed that I had called to cancel; why would I do that when I've been without a dishwasher for almost 2 weeks. It's the customer service AFTER the sale that's very important, it's how they will take care of you when you have problems.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Universal, both with the sales person and with the delivery and installation team. I had an urgent project and no idea how to tackle it and the second Long answered the phone, he completely put me at ease that this was an honest place that cares about their customers. I was a challenging customer because I had to keep calling to make changes based on certain constraints of the project and Long did not mind at all. He was always helpful and patient. We called Universal Appliance at 5:00pm on a Saturday after having been ignored for 20 minutes at Pacific Sales. Tim answered the phone and was so friendly and so helpful that we decided to get back in the car and head out to Calabasas right then.

We ended up getting the whole package of appliances for our kitchen remodel (refrigerator, range top, wall oven/microwave combo, hood vent and dishwasher) and are very happy we went to Universal Appliance and worked with Tim!

He even stayed 30 minutes past closing to give us time to decide on our brand choice and work with us in pricing.
