ZERO STARS!!!! Look at all their other reviews many many 1 stars, Zero stars in my opinion.

Do not shop here!!! I spent way too much money on a cart bbq and accessories. When it came time to deliver and setup, two clueless individuals showed up and dropped 2 pallets with 6 boxes in my back yard. I was expected to figure out the rest. They provided no assembly, no customer service, no nothing. When I called to complain the most I could get out of them, after 3 days and multiple phone calls, was an offer to charge me to put the extremely expensive bbq that I already purchased together, and no sooner than 2 weeks after delivery, when I already had setup delivery and what I thought was assembly, not installation, just assembly of the product I purchased. Why was this not brought up on the first place.

This establishment is looking for nothing more than a sale and to kick you in the ass on the way out.

Shawnee was my sales person, this place is full of sleezy used car salesman. Do not shop here.

Be rebuilding, all of the contractors that I work with secularly. Universal Appliance is definitely not the place to buy your appliances, unless you want to get discarded as trash as soon as they have your money.

I bought a washer and dryer and there were 2 parts missing. After so many phone calls and being given the run around by Danny I have decided to take them to small claims court.

Honestly - just the worst experience ever. Here's the story (long)

They started by being my savior - my fridge that I got from Home Depot was on back order & I wasn't notified. Universal had the same fridge as a floor model so I was stoked when I was able to buy it. The gentleman that was helping said hey, let me check out your other appliances and see if I can get you a better deal. I gladly agree and we look and he can save me another $500 on the other appliances. Now here I could have just gone to Home Depot, had them price match (plus get another 10% off) but the sales guy was so nice I decided to use him. We buy everything and then are ready for everything to be delivered.

They came a few days later to deliver & install the fridge. This is where things took a turn. At delivery they say there wasn't an order for install. After a few calls back and forth the nice delivery guys were like here, we'll plug it in and then left without checking it....well the water dispenser didn't work. I call Universal & they say oh you have more appliances getting delivered on Thursday, have the guys check out the fridge then.

Well Thursday comes along and only 2/3 of my appliances show up. Delivery guy says he isn't sure why but it says it's in backorder - no heads up to me. Call the sales rep who helped me and he said he'll get back to be later that afternoon. No call back so then I call again. He says he'll call me back first thing Friday then no call so i call again. Continues Friday through Saturday. I then call again on Sunday, & the sales rep is off. I finally get this an answer on TUESDAY! A week after delivery, only to be told no one can come out to look at my fridge until 2 weeks later.

Oh and that microwave that was backorder, well it came in and we discussed a delivery on Thursday. Oh well...somehow it didn't get on the truck again. And now they can't have anyone install until Thursday, 2 weeks after it was supposed to originally be installed and delivered.

This may have been the worst luck ever. The sales rep was super nice through out the process and I feel for him. He apologized at the end and was truly remorseful.

Such a long story but this is what I went through. They seem like nice people and hate to say bad things about a small business but it happened.

I have purchased all my kitchen appliances from them (save the dishwasher). Each time, they demonstrate exceptional knowledge of the products, installation nuances and they perform the installation reliably and professionally.

Very happy with the over-and-above service provided by MD. Kitchen remodeling is very stressful but MD's professionalism really brought down the anxiety. Very nice showroom and competitive prices. We also appreciate that Universal offers appliances that range across all price-points.

Talked to and visited a few other appliance stores before coming here. Most of the time the staff at the other appliance stores didn't seem to really care that we were interested in purchasing new appliances for our kitchen.

That wasn't the case here. As soon as my wife and I walked into their store we were greeted by MD who took the time to explain what he recommended, why he did, and answer any questions we had. He was patient enough to put up with us for 3 hours and even went above and beyond when we ordered a fridge then changed our mind to a different one after the fridge we originally ordered had come in (without charging us anything extra for the change)

Definitely recommend this place and ask for MD.

Great customer service! We purchased all new kitchen appliances and they look fantastic! Great showroom and the manager Tim is wonderful to work with! The installation team is professional and thorough. Carlos and Vitalii did an amazing job with installation on all appliances! High quality work and a job well done.

Terrible customer service - I wouldn't recommend anybody dealing with this company especially with a rep which goes by ""MD"" Very deceiving, and unprofessional. I don't know how a company this large would employ such unprofessional employees. I had the most terrible experience EVER! Unethical business practices!

Great service. Great prices. Service associate Tim was very helpful over the phone. Made the purchase very easy. The delivery associates called the day of scheduled delivery to let us know their estimated time of delivery. They were very efficient, set up and hauled away our fridge within 35 minutes. Highly recommend!

I came here the other day, just browsing to remodel my kitchen. I have been to many store and dealt with my fair share of pushy salesmen who made me more confused about which appliances i wanted.

Quickly, the store manager, Tim came and helped me learn about all of the different brands, the pros and cons of each. He really helped me understand what I was looking for. Tim made me feel right at home and I now happily have an all new kitchen that fits my lifestyle!
