I am grateful that my electrician - who had used United Plumbing & Water Heaters at his own residence - referred them. The scheduling was easy and the office was very good at communicating with me. Yuri and another technician completely their inspection in a timely and professional manner, and I had the bid by email that night. Their prices are very fair and they have a strong work ethic: they worked into the evening so they could complete the job. My tenant even texted me the next day, to say that the plumbers did an excellent job, were kind, reliable and trustworthy. I'm glad I found this company that I can rely on.

Yuri did an amazing job! Not only he gave a fantastic price, he was able to take care of a very complicated plumbing issue in his first visit. He had all the the parts with him already and worked very hard for a few hours to get a through job! I can't thank him enough and I am a picky customer!

He is also vere polite, respectful and has excellent communications skills. He went the extra mile to explain everything to me and to video record the problem and solution. A company that that saw my plumbing issue prior to him diagnosed the problem wrong and quoted literally a 20 times higher price!

We had a toilet that was continuously running and couldn't figure out what the issue was. Yuri came out after scheduling a visit through Yelp and offered to fix it on the spot! He was just there to provide a free estimate but since he had the parts and the time, he quoted me $150 to replace the toilet fill valve.

I'm not sure if this was the best value but it was cheaper than other companies at the moment. They take cash, checks, or card but there's a 5% fee for cards. It came with 1-year warranty for the labor and all the parts have warranty from the manufacturer.

I mean, this was exactly what I was looking for. Someone to quickly assess the issue and fix it with no problem. I'll be sure to reach out to United Plumbing first for the next issue!
