I chose this company based on their Yelp reviews, and they did not disappoint. Yuri arrived at our house on time, and when our neighborhood unexpectedly lost power, he waited until we were trying to get a generator from Home Depot. While waiting for a generator to operate the necessary tool, he tried alternative methods to avoid delays. Yuri was exceptional in explaining the situation and ultimately resolved the issue just in time for Thanksgiving!

The call center staff were also very friendly and accommodating when I needed to reschedule. While I didn't shop around for the best deal, I relied on the reviews and am so glad I did.

Yuri and his team of two others performed an outstanding and professional removal of cement and soil/dirt trench that was 8 inches wide by roughly 18 inches or so deep and approximately 25 feet long trench. They laid all pipe and fittings, rearranged the shutoff valve and PRV in the garage and installed a hose bin and extension with shutoff valve to sprinkler system all in one day! Service was excellent with good communication between office,Yuri and myself. Always knew when they were going to arrive and Oscar from the front office was very good at explaining the whole process. Outstanding value for the service provided especially if you are handy yourself and can lay cement, etc. The price was unbeatable! I would recommend United Plumbing for any other plumbing job you might have. Yuri's assistants also do water irrigation and landscaping and although I was not interested in that service, I would vouch for their hard work and professional performance. I have recommended them to my neighbors and I would bet that they will also be impressed and happy with United Plumbing.
