United plumbing is very responsive and pleasant to work with, Technician Yuri is quite experienced, and detected the issue quickly. In my case the worker leaked to first floor roof, and Yuri was able to diagnose from the size, wetness and countered couple of other professionals decision. I am very happy the right spot got fixed. Once again, Yuri did a wonderful job! I wasn't getting any hot water from my tankless water heater, so I called United Plumbing and Yuri came out and called the Rinae's customer service. They walked him through what the problem could be, he ordered the parts came back a couple days later and fixed the water heater. Yuri goes above and beyond every time he's come out to fix a plumbing issue that I have at my house. So, if you're looking for a plumber look no further, call United Plumbing & water heater and ask for Yuri to come out.
