Artin was really professional. He did a superb job on installing an outlet 93"" high on my wall.
He told me all the necessary things I need and dint try overselling like all other companies try to do.
He was also very flexible on time. I found United through a google search and left my phone number sure enough they contacted me right away.

I called united and within an hour Arnold was out here we had a burned main breaker lights were flickering after getting a price from Powell electric for $2200 to replace it Arnold got it done for $800 within an hour

I called United yesterday about 3 problem outlets in my rental home. They offered us next day service and the estimate was free. Customer service over the phone was friendly and efficient. **We used them last year (Eric was our technician that time) and had a really positive experience - my review for that visit is posted here too! They give you a 2 hour window of when to expect your technician and give you a call with a half hour's notice for the technician's actual arrival time, which is super convenient. Technician Art T. arrived on time, was super friendly and fixed the problem efficiently.

Of course what I was hoping would be an easy fix turned out to be much worse, faulty breakers that had cause 3 wires to start melting/burning inside the breaker box!!! YIKES! again, luckily we didn't cover the cost so I can't really review that aspect of the job, but Art was super efficient and friendly. He discovered the problem and offered to speak to my landlord over the phone so he could explain the severity of the problem to her. He gave her a few options on the repair, reminding her he definitely does not work on commission and just wanted to offer the best solution as if it was his own property. Once she agreed to the charges (which again, I didn't pay for but when she cross referenced a friend who is familiar with this kind of thing, she was assured it was definitely in the ballpark) and he began work right away trouble shooting the faulty outlets and repairing the faulty breakers. The whole job was finished in roughly an hour to an hour and half and he had everything he needed on hand to take care of it promptly. They handled the payment through their main office with my landlord over the phone so for us it was stress free and easy.

So relieved to find this wiring problem before something serious happened! Plus now I can stop using extension cords in my kitchen to make up for the faulty outlet! Thanks again Art and United! :)

Called United in an emergency because they had pretty good reviews and a coupon. Electrician, named Toto, came on time but tried to up-sell me like crazy and, I found out after, over-charged me by alot. Promised to come back to make sure all was well, but didn't and i'm so glad.
May only be a problem with this technician, not the company, but stay away from Toto.

Since we moved into our condo, we've been taking cold showers. We originally hired Power Plumbing since our HOA recommended them. Power Plumbing told us the valve was broken and wanted to charge us $675 to replace it. So we had to go through the trouble of contacting our management company to turn the water off for 4 hours. But since our home warranty covered this service, we cancelled with Power Plumbing and were referred to United Plumbing. Thank goodness!!!! Art came in, put shoe coverings on, and replaced the cartridge. The whole process took less than 30 minutes. He was in and out. Now we get hot water and it only costed $60. Thanks Art!!!

I called yesterday afternoon and United was able to schedule someone out this morning. Arnold arrived and immediately diagnosed the problem and fixed a bunch of light switches and fan issues, he was very knowledgeable, explains the process as he went along. Arnold at United is a true professional electrician with years of experience. United is efficient and one of the best in having knowledgeable and punctual staff with fair and reasonable pricing.I would absolutely recommend this company to any one with plumbing issues in their home or office.
