Called and made an appointment for an electrician to install an outlet for the following Friday. The person gave a 2-hour window. I took the day off in anticipation. Nobody showed up and nobody called. Poor customer service. If the job was too small or if the electrician couldn't make it for whatever reasons, at least have the courtesy to let me know. I have found another electrician.

I had a very tricky problem that several other electrical companies missed, however Art from United was relentless in troubleshooting and fixing the problem. Service was great, and Art was clean, courteous, and professional. I will definitely use and recommend United. I would give Art and United 10 stars if possible !

This past Saturday half of the electricity in my kitchen went out . We tried to fix it ourselves like most people do and failed . I decided to make a phone call . I googled companies in my area and found United . They were very pleasant on the phone and sent someone out in just a few short hours .

My technician's name was Art. Art was able to find my problem and repair it fairly quickly . There were several issues with the way my house is wired . I was very happy with Art because he didn't speak to us as though we were stupid homeowners, as some tradesmen can do; he was respectful and polite and made us feel very comfortable with every step he was doing before he did it .

Art found problems in our electrical box that could have caused a fire had they been left undetected . He fixed the kitchen o Saturday and he was able to come out today with replacement parts and fix the rest of the problems .

The company guaranteed their work for 7 years so I won't have to worry about the electrical box again . :) . United works 24 hours a day 7 days a week and I would highly recommend Art to be your electrician if you call them - he is GREAT!

This company came out to look at an electrical issue I had with my fireplace after getting it checked out by the gas company and told it was an electrical issue. The guy who came was on time, courteous and went to work right away. Not only did he dissemble everything on my electrical outlet and went a step further to look at the gas fireplace electrical components and did repair the electrical portion. He was honest and told me that I would have to contact a fireplace specialist for the rest of the job.

The best part is he gave me a choice to dissemble the work and allow them to do just do everything and he didn't charge me! I would definitely recommend this company for any electrical, heating or air conditioning repairs and installs! Not only was he honest I appreciated that he knew the problem wasn't completely resolved and didn't still try to charge me. Its hard to find people that are honest like that anymore, but they still exist... Would use this company again in a heartbeat!

These guys are AMAZING! First of all, they know EXACTLY what they're doing. Second, they're almost always available within a 24-hour notice (from my experience). I've never had to wait more than a day to get them to come down to our business.

I have nothing but positive things to say about Armin. He's the electrician and he knows exactly what he's talking about and doesn't try to sell me up on more expensive repairs, just gives me the straight up answer without the run-around or BS. I trust him now because after a couple of visits, he knows my business's circuit layout pretty well and I don't really have to explain much.

The customer service guys over the phone are always friendly and always figure out a way to help me. If they have to tell me ""no,"" they find other ways to say ""yes,"" which is the epitome of excellent customer service!

I have to say they've EARNED my business because of their professionalism, courtesy, and knowledge. I don't know what else you could be looking for in a business. Thank you guys for everything.

I just had united do some emergency work at my house and I was so satisfied that I had to write a review.
I must say Arnold was prompt, professional, CLEAN, an quick I called and made an appointment with Robert for the very same day within the hour. He was on time and quick to fix a problem that a previous contractor made with the bathroom lighting. He also installed a dimmer in my daughters nursery. I will definitely call Arnold or united electric again for any and all of my electrical needs

Also his price is very fare compared to many other electricians

I was really impressed with the work they did. I needed all of the circuit breakers in home replaced, as well as some additional wiring to an addition. The electrician that was dispatched was courteous, professional and fast.

The receptionist was friendly and helpful. The appointment went really smoothly, I was given a reasonable estimate, and in the end, they charged what they quoted. I redeemed the discount offered on this page, and my bill was ultimately discounted by $30. I feel like I got my money's worth here, and I would definitely use them again.
