We had a great experience with United Plumbing. Our kitchen sink was backing up -- it wasn't draining, garbage disposal wasn't working, and water was coming up from the air gap. I got on Yelp and United Plumbing responded to my query immediately and within 10 minutes I had an appointment for someone to come out early the next day (a Saturday too). He came on time and fixed the problem and also gave us tips to prevent issues in the future. We highly recommend them for a plumbing emergency!

Had a pleasant experience with United Plumbing. I contacted them via Yelp and found me an A class technician, came next morning with all necessary tools and a new filling valve. Didn't charge extra for the valve. Finished the repair work in 20 mins. He covered his shoes with sanitized bags and kept the bathroom tidy.
Price was also reasonable :)

I found out United Plumbing from manufacturer website then i called for service. The company scheduled the service and Bella came in hours . she's very detailed in checking out the leaking reason ( water pressure, installation..) , replacement/installation, and finally scheduled the team coming for water heater installation. I gave Bella 5 star for the wonderful prompt service and efficiency. And i will try the other plumbing service next time
Late on the same day, Saba and Technician Enty came and finished the tank replacement neatly, tirelessly, and skillfully. Many thanks to the team work timely and efficiently!

I had kitchen sink clog for 3 days last weekend and I tried to unclog it myself. This time it's too hard for me and I even broke my own drain auger so I sent out a request in yelp around 4:30pm. April from United Plumbing responded me instantly and arranged a technician to come right away. The technician Johnny arrived around 5 and unclogged my kitchen sink. He also helped me diagnosed on some hot water pressure issue. Very happy with the service and the price. Will use United Plumbing next time when I need.

Very profession, and sincere in their Yelp response and communication. The plumber arrived exactly on time, and took a great effort to get the job done (taking out the old faucet was very difficult and required hard metal cutting), but he was very courteous and got the job done even thouhg extra time required than initial estimation.
The billing process was very professional as well. I give recommendation for their professionalism.

We had our water heater broken Saturday morning and United Plumbing came to check the same day afternoon. During the night their customer service also synced with me about the services the next day. They recommend fixing the root cause if our plumbing issues and helped change the old cast iron pipes. All the technicians were professional, courteous and knowledgeable. We called United for a water clog issue in our main line. Chinchin was a pleasure to work with for getting it scheduled ASAP with very reasonable prices. She also offered us a complimentary check of our crawl space to detect any pipe leaks.
