I was planning to have a tankless water heater installed and got quick response from United Plumbing. Bella was my contact and she was very responsive and kind to talk with. She promptly offered estimate, and scheduled job for me. For the work itself, the installation by the crew was done professionally. Erik was quick to arrive fixed a backed up drain quickly. When you have a backed up sink not responding to your own chemical unclogging and snake attempts, I had to call some pros in. My family was getting impatient with a clogged kitchen sink which stops all business in that room as wells as the adjoining clothes washer... they being fast to arrive and quickly address the problem was a relief. Will be calling again.

Sergei from United Plumbing delivered quality work and great customer service. First, everyone that I dealt with was very courteous and responsive. Second, this was the first time in my homeownership experience when someone gave me a time window when a technician would arrive and he came right at the start of that window. I was happily surprised. Normally you'll be told 12-2, and the person comes at 3:30. Sergei was here at 12. He fixed everything that we needed and gave advice on some additional questions that we had. The price was very fair, he even reminded me that I had a discount available for me based on what I was quoted prior to scheduling the service. Even without the discount, it turned out to be 2.5x cheaper than some big brand plumbing place wanted for exactly the same work. Great work, fair prices, prompt, great customer service. When I first saw that they averaged 4.9 stars, I immediately thought it was bots. Nope. It's them delivering great service. Thank you United Plumbing! You've got a loyal customer as a result of today's service call.

Called United Plumbing to install a new water heater. Bella immediately showed up and gave an estimate. They were the cheapest of the 3 quotes k got. When I approved their estimate on Sunday morning, Bella immediately responded and sent the guys to install on a Sunday. Job was very well done. Highly recommend!

Our shower drain was clogged. I called United Plumbing since I had used their service last year. Their guy showed up well within the time window and cleared out the drain. He also fixed a couple of other minor issues - put a clamp on a loose water pipe in the crawl space and tightened a loose nut behind the toilet flush handle . The loose pipe used to make a loud clanging noise whenever I turned on the dishwasher. Thankfully it turned out to be due to a minor issue.

I am happy that they are able to send someone out within a few hours of calling them.

As the water heater still under warranty, United plumbing came and fixed the heater. They are very responsive, prompt and professional. They even installed the part from their inventory while waiting for Rheem to ship the product.
