I had two different problems in a span of two months - a clogged bathroom drain and then a clogged main drain. United's team on both occassions were very professional, got the problem properly identified, fixed the issue, cleaned up and critically followed up to check if I was satisfied. I have used multiple plumbers over the years and would often get charged more after being quoted a low starting price. Nothing of that sort here, these are the guys to go with!

Wow. Immediate response by text, clear communication, easy scheduling, prompt service, good quality work, fair price! What else could anyone ask for? They fixed and reset a toilet wax ring because of a leak from the base. Work was done in less than an hour and scheduling was next day? Very impressed. I also love that payment and receipt is fully digital and automatic!

Technician Saba came on time and was friendly and courteous .He fixed the overflow with a new filling valves he brought very quickly. He clean up everything after the job is done .
