They replied to my Yelp project within minutes after I posted. Impressive considering it was a Sunday evening. I described the problem in specific detail defining exactly what needs to be fixed and asked for a quote. They are very up front and provided a fee. Other companies who replied were vague and said they had to look at the site.
I was able to set up an appointment for their technician to come and do the work. The tech came very promptly at the beginning of the window period they gave me and fixed it quickly.
Cost was much lower than another company who came to fix same problem three years ago.

Excellent service. Very speedy reply. Professional people from the beginning to the end. Victor was on time, did what he had to do and replaced a faulty shower valve cartridge. He did a great job and provided explanation of the work that had to be done. The results were great! and the fees were reasonable...... definitely I would recommend United HVAC and I would use them in the future. Thanks you guys.

My thermostats upstairs and downstairs were suddenly not connecting correctly to the heating and AC systems. Sam dedicated nearly a full day of work tirelessly solving the problem for us. He was extremely knowledgeable, had recommendations for how to fix and was very patient addressing all of my questions. Happy with the outcome.

Great service! Reasonable price and fast response time. They showed up on time, fixed things quickly and explained the problem with details. They also pointed out a few isssues that can be fixed as well as a suggestion. They also didn't charge the thing that they don't think they fixed it properly, even though they spent quite a bit of effort on it.

United provided excellent service on my clogged sewer line. Called them at 9am on Sunday and their Tech Zack arrived by 11:30am. He was very thorough, professional and courteous and actually found two separate clogs, one near the street, which caused a second one at the house due to back up. A less diligent plumber could have missed one of them. I paid for two separate snake cleanings and was given a 50% discount on the 2nd one. A very fair price overall especially being a Sunday. Overall, very happy with United's service and I recommend them and will be using them for future plumbing needs.

I had an urgent plumbing situation that required removing a clog in our main line. We didn't know how bad the situation was because one of our toilets was still working, but after a few days we noticed a strong odor and eventually the second toilet had flushing issues. I was out of town so I set up a Yelp project search because my mom was worried that the clog would lead to more issues with our pipes if left alone. This was around 9AM on a Saturday.

United HVAC's representative Nina was the FIRST to reach out on my project request and explained their rates and service in a timely manner. I also asked how soon can they come out to my house to assess and diagnose the situation in case there were other problems. Nina gave me the time slot of 12 PM - 2 PM for a technician to make a visit that same day. I got updates consistently of our tech Mike M and was also given a phone call to let me know when he was leaving and arriving. I really liked how attentive and efficient everyone was.

Mike M came 10 minutes ahead of schedule and was done by 12:30 PM! He was able to remove the clog and that put my mom at ease. After the service I was immediately sent a receipt. Mike M was quick and efficient! Everything flushed properly. No other issues and my mom was a happy camper (thank goodness)!! Thank you again and would recommend this service.

I had problem with leaking toilet angle valve and supply line. Not a big job but very annoying and could potentially evolve to big issue. Called united HVAC and scheduled the work the next day. Viktor showed up on time and knew what he's doing. Helped to check and confirmed the problem and continue the work. He did a very good job and it's completed in timely manner with good quality. It's a pleasure to work with them and I will definitely will use them again. Anyone could appreciate a reliable and good plumber.

I had a stubborn clog in our bathroom. They quoted a reasonable price (and stuck to that quote). I had Timur help me and he did a great job, they were fast and priced right. He also helped me understand why the clog the clog was happening (old cast iron pipes). I really appreciate the help.

Our house had an emergency leak and clogged kitchen sink at the same time. We reached out to United HVAC and the communication was prompt, clear, and considerate. We were able to make an appointment the very next day.
The actual inspection, repair, and followup were all excellent. We ended up needing to schedule for more service and working with four technicians in total, two came as a team for the leak that required pipe replacement in the ceiling so a bigger operation.
Each technician was punctual, patient, and diligent; and of course, they got the job done. We were happy to have gotten the plumbing and electrical issue taken care of so quickly with the professional service that we received.
The price was fair, too, though this is subjective; we don't expect to have clogged or damaged pipes every day. That said, what was stellar was that it was all communicated with transparency and consideration of our satisfaction. Overall, highly recommend. And thank you again!
