5 star plumbing saves the day! We had originally booked with them and then cancelled because we found someone who could come out faster. In the end, let's just say the other provider was terrible and we ended up calling 5 star back! They were able to give us an appointment last minute (thank goodness!). Two providers (Den & another gentleman) came during the allotted time slot, were covid compliant, respectful, professional, and ready to resolve our issue! Our kitchen sink was backed up and clogged. They were able to resolve it within the hour! My family and I will definitely recommend you guys to our friends and keep your business in mind for any future work! Thank you so much for the hassle free experience. I appreciate your honesty to fix what's broken instead of other companies who just want to make a buck!

Also- I really like the play by play text messages that you get from them as well! It helps to have things in writing/text so you know who will be showing up, that your appointment is booked, and when they are en route to your house!

I looked for a plumber on Yelp on a Friday morning and 5 Star Plumbing was one of the additional proposed professionals. They gave a free price estimate, and came the next day. They checked that their initial thought was correct and that the piece actually needed to be replaced. The work was completed in less than one hour. Their guy was very nice, patient and answered questions. 5 well earned stars.

They were prompt to answer my message on Yelp , gave me a fair quote online, showed up on time, came in with booties and masks, showed us that we didn't have a problem (didn't try and fix something that wasn't broken). I called them because my sink was clogged. They were able to come the same day. The job was not as simple as we all thought. They had try different ways and get creative. He had to leave and go get a bigger machine. At the end of the day he was able to unclog it. I really appreciate him going above and beyond. They were clean. Cleaned up after themselves. Wore gloves masks and booties in the house. Would use again and definitely recommend.

I contacted 5 Star Plumbing on yelp, and got a response very quickly! They were very responsive, and even came out to my house within the hour!! WOW! Den showed up, asked me to show him what I needed work on, and he got right to work, and fixed the issue right on the spot. I did also have a small leak in one of my showers. He took a video of what he found in the crawl space. He mentioned that he couldn't fix that on the spot since it would require two people, but offered to make an appointment for me. I said I would just message them back. I will definitely be using them again as my go-to-plumber. It's hard to find a nice, honestly worker that won't try and find a lot of things that are wrong to get more work!! Thanks Den and team. See you again soon!

Had a emergency water heater issue. Pilot was out and couldn't be re-lit on a late Friday afternoon. 5 Star Plumbing responded my request promptly and sent someone out to my house within 1.5 hour. Daniel was our technician. He was very friendly,patient and honest. He answered all my questions about possible reasons causing the issue. He replaced the thermocouple and the re-lit the pilot. Great job and charge was reasonable.
