Great service. Almaz came in to help within 15 mins of requesting service on a Sunday when most others were closed! He tried his best to fix the leak in my kitchen hose and then spotted broken threads in the faucet underneath the sink. He suggested to replace the faucet and asked to call to reschedule without taking any money for the fix he made as he felt sorry he couldn't completely fix the faucet. Totally recommend this service again for the honesty

I had a whole home water filter system installed. Good pricing. Communication was excellent, as they let me know when they were on their way over. And kudos to Almaz. He came to my house on time, he was very professional, and his quality of work was excellent. Installation of the water filter system was very clean (filter placement, piping, reinstallation of the drywall, etc). See picture. I highly recommend them and will use their service again in the future.

We had the problem with our Navien water heater for a long time. Hot water does not come immediately. I am glad that I contacted United Plumbing.

Alex was very professional and I could tell that he was familiar with the Navien water heater by just how fast he could diagnose the pump failure. He got the replacement pump right next day. Unfortunately, even after the pump replacement, the same symptom still existed. Alex patiently tried to replace harness and other components to narrow down the problem. He helped to contact the Navien support and pinpointed the PCB board issue.

Alex was always on time for the visits. He gave some useful tip to maintain the water heater as well.

Finally, after more than one year, the water heater is back to normal! Definitely will try to contact United Plumbing next time if we have any plumbing needs.

About 2 weeks ago, the dishwasher failed to completely drain. Then the showers lost pressure and water temperature didn't last.

So I put a request on Yelp for a plumber. Several companies responded but I chose United Plumbing because they offered a free diagnosis. I was skeptical, nothing good is free. But I urgently needed help and I was on a budget.

They came out. Discovered the problem offered a reasonable price to fix and got it done the same day.

They replaced my water heater. Dumped the old one and made necessary other adjustments to make sure it was up to code but more importantly safe!

The technician was excellent. A true subject matter expertise. He took the time to explain the problem and offered options with no pressure.

I highly recommend them. I will call them again if and when I have another problem.

Worked with united plumbing team to install auto gas shutoff valve. Technican Almaz was extremely couteous and professional. Before the work started, he mentioned in detailed how long the process takes and how he will be installing the product. At the end, he gave a high level demo how to turn off and on the system. What a terrific group of people this company has. We had a major clog in our main sewer line that was super tricky to get to. Almaz spent so much time trying to reach it but to no avail on the first day. Spent about 3 hours going in from the toilet drain and the vent from the roof, no luck. He came back the next day with was able to finally clear it. Was a huge sigh of relief from everyone. United Plumbing's estimates also came in way under what all the other companies quoted. Would not hesitate to call them again (hopefully won't need to for a long time).
