This was a Sunday afternoon emergency plumbing call because our 50 year-old main water valve broke when I turned it off due to a leak. I had no way of turning the water on again as the valve was broken shut. United Plumbing was able to send a techinician the same day. They had an actual person who answered the phone on a Sunday afternoon and assured me they could get someone to come over and give us a free estimate and, if we agreed, they would complete the work then and there. They confirmed via text when the technician would be arriving. Almaz the plumbing technician, was very punctual, arriving exactly on time. We agreed on the quote which was competitive. But most importantly is that Almaz took the time to do a thorough job and it was obvious he had pride in his work. Upon completion the office immediately followed up via text to make sure all was fine! Their work is done under warranty. It's a pleasure to find a company who understands great customer service and does great work! Highly recommended!

I have been overdue in writing an update on my last review of United Plumbing, as they had quickly reached out to address the issues I had with them regarding the communication problems. It's important to recognize when a company is being genuine with their efforts to be better and learn from earlier missteps.
I changed back to a five star rating as I appreciate that they personally spoke with me about the issues and while I find their pricing on the higher side than what I've seen out there, it is backed up by the quality of their work and attention to detail, so it would be worth it. I would have no problem recommending them.

Great service. Almaz came in to help within 15 mins of requesting service on a Sunday when most others were closed! He tried his best to fix the leak in my kitchen hose and then spotted broken threads in the faucet underneath the sink. He suggested to replace the faucet and asked to call to reschedule without taking any money for the fix he made as he felt sorry he couldn't completely fix the faucet. Totally recommend this service again for the honesty

I found United by searching Yelp and I am so glad I did. My shower tub faucet
