I had issue with PRV and softener. The technician carefully inspected the PRV and told me that it may still function. This is quite different from other companies, as they often suggest to replace asap.

Overall, he did a good job and the price was quite reasonable.

Had United Plumbers out the Sunday after Thanksgiving for a backed up sewer pipe and a house full of guests. Root removal pricing was reasonable, and they arrived when scheduled, about 5 hours after I called.
Sewer line backed up again a week later, camera survey showed we needed to fix the pipe. Camera charge credited to new piping. Strongly recommended removing some old cast iron pipe, which we did, and now should be free of roots forever. Technicians were competent, if English impaired. Google translate fixed that. Company is truly excellent at keeping you informed. Texts with schedule, technician on the way, job done. Schedules and estimates are firm. Highly recommended.
