Prompt, courteous service. Igor replaced 3 hose bibs for me, completed in about 15 minutes. I'm thinking $275 for 15 minutes work is a little steep, that's $1100 per hour, minus the cost of 3 hose bibs, ($28) on Amazon, but it seems everyone wants doctor and attorney wages these days! So sad, but true! I know everyone else would have charged that much as well.
But, Igor also came in and checked a leak in our bathroom sink. He found that there was no leak at all, my husband had installed a new aerator and he did not tighten it good enough so the water was somehow leaking down under the cupboard. He did not charge me for that service. That probably doubled his time spent to 30 minutes.

Toilet shut off was leaking and shut off not working. Customer service was helpful. Tech, Igor came out the next morning. He was very professional and service was quick and smooth. Definitely will call them again for any additional service needs. Would recommend them to anyone in need of service. Also, affordable!

These guys are true professionals in every sense, and I am so happy to ended up choosing them. They did an excellent job replacing a couple of old toilets and a broken garbage disposal. Not only was their estimate more reasonable than others I received, but they were punctual, communicative, easy to work with, and thorough. They also advised me of some other potential work I might consider, and not in a ""hard sell"" way but because they noticed other issues as they worked.

And I need to give an extra word of thanks for their catching a minor overcharge and letting me know immediately to set it right. That level of integrity speaks volumes.
