The Lambert brothers, Joe and Jerry, along with their best friend Mark McWilliams, honed their skills in the heating and cooling field for years, learning everything about system design, installation, and repair. When they established United Heating, Cooling & Plumbing, Inc. in 1990, they embraced a straightforward business principle: Deliver on your promises.

Today, United remains family-owned and operated, employing over 200 dedicated individuals. Our main office is situated in Grandview, Missouri, housed in our 113,000 square-foot facility.
