The Lambert brothers, Joe and Jerry, along with their best friend Mark McWilliams, honed their skills in the heating and cooling field for years, learning everything about system design, installation, and repair. Upon founding United Heating, Cooling & Plumbing, Inc. in 1990, they adopted a clear business philosophy: Follow through on your commitments.

Currently, United is still a family-run business, with a workforce of more than 200 committed employees. Our headquarters is located in Grandview, Missouri, within our expansive 113,000 square-foot facility.
