Worst company. Had a Service Request with AHS, waited for 3 hours for the tech to show up, the guy walks in and looks at the thermostat and says he can't work on this unit and walks out....very unprofessional...stay away at all cost....

I did my annual fall furnace check them before leaving for a two week trip. At that time I also purchase the prior plan in case of emergencies for the winter. The tech tried to upsell me by saying I needed by water heater replaced. I said no and I haven't had issues with the self cleaning WH. He said I recommend you replace it. Again NO from me. The next day a rep from UAT called and asked the same thing....again NO. I left on travels and came back. Now my water heater doesn't work. I call them and the same tech came back out. He again starts with you need to replace the WH. I said just fix it I have guest coming. Afterwards I said what was wrong with it, he said it needed to be rewired. WHAT! I've lived here 8 years and all of a sudden my WH needs rewiring! On top of that he charged me $149 for the call, my home warranty is only $100. I called and complained to the company, and was told by a manager they would look into it and he would call me back. No call back, no refund, and I have no faith in this company.

Stay away from this unethical company. You'll be very disappointed bu their terrible business oractices that leave customers hanging.

They'll also use scare tactics and high pressure sales techniques to upsell you to things you din't really need.

Later, when they can't get those items from their supplier, they'll then tell ""you don't really need that. you'll be fine without it.""

Managers won't call you back or follow up with your complaints. .

Big shout out to Geo at United Air Temp that services Leesburg VA. They are timely, courteous and do great work. Plumbing, a/c, etc. they handle it all.

Sean fixed our AC and did a amazing job. He is very professional, and knowledgable. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly and went above and beyond to answer my questions. This is the third time we have used their service(1. Clogged sink, 2. Upper level heating unit 3. Central AC). All three times they scheduled appointments promptly and have done an exceptional job. Would highly recommend them.

the plumbers came out twice. had no idea what they were doing. Stuffed toilet, new toilet....takes 3 to 5 business days. overstuffed toilet. worked 3 hours and could not fix it. old toilet is fine. call rotor rudor.. we did. 795$ to unclog. What is our contract with you worth?

Garbage disposal went on the fritz after a few months in my new home. Went through my home insurance and had a Xavier from United Air Temp take a look at my disposal. Ended up getting an upgraded disposal. Install was quick, easy, and Xavier provided excellent customer service. Will def call United Air Temp for any future services needed.

My 5-star rating is for my Technician, Jeff Reyes. If you need a technician or service -- I would tell you to call and ask for him to do your service. He was humble, honest, outgoing, nice, respectful, etc. He cleaned my AC unit and also informed me of some tricks I can do to ensure the unit is running at its best. He did not try to sell me other services - he knew he was there for the AC unit and thats all we discussed. He was very personable - I appreciated the back and forth conversation regarding sports, my dogs, home ownership, etc. I asked him for a card so that when I call in the winter for my furnace that I can request him. Its hard finding a good service technician and I am extremely happy that I was placed with Jeff. Thank you Jeff! Go Cowboys!
