These guys come across as very professional in the beginning and I've used them for service many times. They put two new high end AC units in my new house about 3 years ago through my contractor and last summer one of them stopped working. They came by and charged me $69 for an estimate which is fine and said I had an freon leak in one of the units. He gave me an estimate of $2,300 to fix the leak because he said it's out of warranty. They came back a few days later and after working on it said that I needed a new unit and it can't be repaired and said it's 12 thousand to replace it with a similar one. I said why did you say you would fix it for $2,300 when all you did for $2,300 is tell me I have a leak which I already knew. I Called Carrier and they said I had a 10 year warranty on it. I Called them and they said they didn't know that. A certified Carrier company was trying to sell me a new unit with a 10 year warranty but didn't know a unit they sold me 3 years ago had warranty. Well they ended up getting the new coil under warranty but charged me $3,400 for labor. I called another company Golden West to get a second opinion and they told me where they thought the condenser leak was but they would charge me $1200 to do the test. Well since I was already working with Ultimate I had them go ahead with the work. I told the technician about what the other company said and he said he tested the system and the leak was in the outside and not inside. I trusted them and paid the $3,400 but it wasn't fixed until December so I had no reason to turn it on. Well summer comes and I start getting the same error message about the leak. I called them and they sent another technician out. I told him everything that happened and he goes in my house and in 15 minutes says the leak is exactly where the other company said it was and he didn't understand how the last guy could have missed it. Well he calls his boss and they tell me it's going to cost another $2,400 to fix it and the last guy did nothing wrong. So I spent $8000 to fix a leak and 7 months of working with them and got absolutely nothing out of it. This is a company with absolutely no integrity. I own a company too and when my employees mess up I take care of the customer because it's the right thing to do.

I contracted with Ultimate to replace my 24-year old furnace, air conditioner, and whole house humidifier. I was extremely impressed with the professionalism of everyone that I dealt with at the company. Kyle, who provided a competitive system quote, was very responsive to all of my questions, even taking time out during a holiday weekend. Brittany and Christina from the front office were very helpful and timely in answering my questions about system maintenance and getting the installation scheduled promptly.

Jr, Ricardo, Kiki, and Colton were the service technicians that performed the installation. I (along with the permit building inspector) was impressed with the quality of their work. They were all very responsive in answering my questions. Adan the service manager also stopped by to answer any questions. As a follow-up, Louis the plumber came out to do a flush on my water heater so that I would be current on all of my maintenance. He was timely and helpful.

So far my new system is performing very well, and I am enjoying my new smart thermostat, too! I highly recommend this company for great quality and value.

This was a great experience...hard to say that when you're talking about plumbing jobs. First off, I made the call and they got right on it. Did all the work, scheduled the appointment, sent confirmations text & emails, hit their appointment time next day, etc. Then Jeremy S. the technician came and assessed the job, looked at what we had, said we had everything, separated what we needed and didn't then confirmed everything I needed to do. It only took 11 minutes and I was good to go! Super nice, very knowledgeable...it was just what I needed (& wanted). 5 minutes later I was completely done installing a faucet and connecting a drain to our newly installed sink. What a relief! Fantastic, responsive & successful service & friendly staff & tech! Highest recommendations!

Lloyd Ladd, well that's a whole new story. He will drop you like a bad habit if you ruffle his little feathers. Don't ask him questions because he will only answer half of them and will keep you hanging when you are trying to order. Even if you're about to spend a upwards of $80,000 plus on new equipment and installation for your new dream house.

Ultimate Heating and Cooling did a great job on answering my questions and gave me quotes on a new furnace and air conditioner. I recommend you check around, and ask right off the bat what their schedule is because some places are not able to access equipment due to slo of the supply chain. Ultimate carries Carrier brand and they had the equipment ready and time in schedule to book in 2-3 working days after I made the decision to go with them. I mainly dealt with Ross M. He is as professional and answered my question quickly. Ross and Justin put the HVAC system in and made sure the met with my daughter to explain how to the system worked. The cost is a huge expense, but they worked with us and made us feel like we got a quality product and made us feel like we were not being taken. I highly recommend Ultimate Heating and Cooling.

Going on 7 years - and I still call them. Ultimate Heating and Cooling did the initial installation of the HVAC when our home was built and I've used them for everything since.. Did the unit need service? Repair? Follow-up? Sure. Shit happens, things break down, HVAC needs some TLC. All of my experiences with this company have been awesome. I recently had a repair that I thought needed a double check, called the office, the receptionist called the tech and the tech, Ross, called me immediately to check in. Ross decided he'd come out and within moments I got a call back from the receptionist to set the appointment. My schedule is always hectic and they are always super accommodating also. I'm about as anal as anyone gets with just about everything and these guys have never disappointed me. Thanks UH&C! Thank you Ross, for your expertise and for putting up with me!!
