I requested the service for clogged sink drains mid-morning. The service guys were here at around 2:00 in the afternoon. They were a couple of really nice guys. They knew what they were doing and they corrected the problem in less than 1 hour. I recommend them highly. I believe the name of one of the two was Nike I am not sure of the other's name.

DO NOT USE. Had them out to fix 3 leaking toilets, none successfully. Had to get a different plumber out to fix all 3 toilets again. One of the toilets was actually broken by Ultimate.

Called Ultimate multiple times re-fix the problems, they said someone would call to schedule but no one called me. Then I was told I had to file another claim with American Water, which sent a different plumber, who charged me a second service charge.

The plumbers they sent were nice and worked quickly, but 0 for 3 is unacceptable.

This company was sent to me by American water Resources who charges a 50 dollar service fee before they can dispatch. Ultimate Drain came to service on 4/12/2024. I asked for them to look at my faucets because it was leaking I was told that was not in my contract. I also asked for them to snake my drain. Drain wasn't clogged but since they were there I asked for them to clean it. They proceeded to clean the tub drain and also removed a pipe because Dwight who was the tech said he needed to go deeper. Mind you he didn't tell me he was going to remove the pipe. My kitchen ceiling started leaking over my fan lighting fixture really bad while he was snaking the tub. Now I have to get my ceiling repaired where there is water damage. They made in issue that wasn't even a problem he came to service. I made him aware while he was there. He leaves we check the tub and it is now not draining. I call the company and was told someone would call me back Sat. morning which they never. It is Monday I have called twice said I would get a call from manager then I was told CEO would call me. This place is horrible and fraud. I will not be using them or American water resouces.

Hard Pass on this company. They came out to diagnose a leak in the drain pipe and told me I had to remove the base cabinet and sheetrock so they could get to the drain. The contractor removed the counter, cabinets, walls, and floors to expose the drain pipe. Instead of replacing the 60-year-old galvanized pipe, they patched it with 4 inches of PVC pipe.
Every competent plumber knows galvanized pipe has a definitive lifecycle, and the current leak was just one of many to come.
Had I accepted this solution, it would have been a matter of time before another leak occurred in a newly renovated kitchen.
Needless to say, I canceled my service contract with American Water Resources and called a competent plumbing organization that would perform the repair correctly.

Do NOT use this Ultimate drain and cleaning company in Monroe . so Nj American water assigns you with them through the warranty program customers buy . Ultimate draining and cleaning are absolutely horrible to work with . Numerous upon numerous of phones calls to the managers that never returns your call .They cheated scam me on saying I have to pay their jacked up estimated repair cost close to $3000 to repair a pipe leak under the kitchen cabinet and I have to place a 50% deposit FIRST before the company will schedule me in to come out to fix repair my leak . Being forced to pay the deposit as my pipe is leaking onto my kitchen floor just so I can book the plumbers to come out . Then after I called my water American Jersey water company why am I paying $3000 to this company to repair a pipe that is under warranty that I bought as water pipe insurance. this . NJ American water company rep said that shouldn't be right and reassign me to another one plumbing company . I've been calling the ultimate Ultimate drain to get them to refund me my 50% deposit back!!! They keep digging me the run around and Daryl the manager will call me back but never does !!! This Ultimate drain and cleaning service is shady !!! STAY AWAY and save yourself a headache and nightmare dealing with these kind of people /company

7 visits! Countless hours on the phone! This company is worthless!
I'll try to get to the point.
I had a kitchen sink backed up.
1st visit. Checked outside drain. Did nothing. Left a shop vac here.
2nd visit. Opened a drain line in the middle of house. Did nothing. Left a welding torch here.
3rd visit. Cut hole in basement wall. Took video. Clogged. Did nothing. Left cap off. Sewer water flood my basement for a week.
4th visit. Came with water injector thing. I refused because he said it would flood my basement (more). He had a process not covered my insurance. Would cost me $2200 (wink wink he could do it for $1800 cash on the side!)
5th visit: ""We hear about what that guy was doing we will do the scaling for free""
6th visit. Attempt ""scaling"" process. It doesn't work. They leave.
7th visit. Camera comes. There is dirt on the camera. Need to rip up your floor. We will get you estimate.
2 months. Nothing.
Call American Water. They tell me it was $3300 estimate.
They send out new company today.
Get this!
Hey snaked the kitchen sink, which was clogged. Was done in a half hour.
They never even snaked the kitchen sink!!!
Incompetent. Waste of time. Clueless. Absolute rookies with zero experience as technicians.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
American Water finally sent Clear Line Sewer out. Fixed the simple problem within the hour. Request them before the incompetent people at Ultimate for sure. Daryll from Ultimate told me to contact my insurance for his team's screw up!

Saying working with this company has been a complete nightmare is an understatement. We were forced to work with them because they were contracted by American Water to fix a leak in our main water pipe that runs through our front yard. It took many phone calls and 3 appointment cancellations to even get them to come out and assess the problem. After fixing the pipe they left our property a complete mess. See the pics below. The foreman just left without even telling my husband the job was complete or discussing the aftermath. Since then we've been calling this company every day to follow up on the property restoration next steps. We keep getting promises for calls back that never materialize. My pipe is fixed (hopefully) but we are left with a slew of new problems to address. Avoid this company at all costs!
