It was AHS home warranty service call. Beginning to end, I had a good experience with US Plumbing & Rooter. Danny was very helpful in making the appointment. She was very professional and pleasant. Tech Joey did an excellent job. He fixed the problem of water backing up into the dish-washer and fixed the faucets. He seemed quite knowledgeable and exactly knew what he was doing. He patiently answered questions and gave some good advice. Thanks Joey.

I was so impressed by how quickly US Plumbing and Rooter solved our water heater issue. Our water heater completely died on a Sunday afternoon. Upon reporting the problem, one of their team members showed up to inspect the issue within a matter of 30 minutes. Unfortunately, they could not fix it as it needed replacing. And they made sure to get the authorization the following morning from the insurance company.

Their super friendly and efficient team took care of this immediately and by Monday afternoon, all was fixed. I have to commend their plumbing and office team too. They were all very friendly and hospitable. Thank you as well to Xavier for taking care of us so quickly. I will highly recommend you guys to whoever will be needing plumbing services in the future! This company is so amazing. I worked with Brittanie. She was the most professional and sweetest person I have ever met. She set the appointment. Gave me options for different finishes in our bathroom. She's such a breath of fresh air. And just when you thought it ended with Brittanie, the actual plumbers arrive and they were just as amazing. Danny and Octavio, thank you for being so kind. Thank you for working through all the obstacles our bathrooms set forth. You two are magicians. Clean finishes and amazing knowledge. They explained exactly what they were doing and didn't mind us watching. We gave them space but always checked to see if they needed anything. (Yeah I'm that customer. Lol!) She took time with me on the phone and text pictures helping us to pick out replacement facets for our Jack and Jill bathroom sinks. Had issue resolved at my last home after speaking with a manager when she noticed a bad Yelp review. Well, new house, same issue, ""We don't have the part and it's on back order (a month)."" Back order for a seal to stop the dripping???? Unfortunately, my new Home Warranty Home Shield uses this company as well and I guess I need to Yelp to get a call back. Hope a manager sees this and contacts me because I have been calling for an answer to my ""part on order"" for weeks and no response.

Last time the manager said, ""Part on order? The tech can go buy that at Lowe's right now!""
EXACTLY!!!

In my 45 years of being a homeowner i have used a variety of plumbing companies. The home I live in often gets roots in the outside line. Plumber comes, snakes it. Every company I have used guaranteed their work for 30 days. Us plumbing came to my home, snaked the line, five days later it was clogged again. I called and they told me I have to pay for another service call. It had only been 5 days. They do not give any kind of guarantee. I called another company, they came out, they got a bIg root out. They guarantee for 30 days. Been two weeks and so far no problems. Us plumbing should have come out and resnaked the line.

THEY DONT GUARANTEE THEIR WORK!!!! ATTACHED IS THE PHOTO OF THE ROOTS THEY DID NOT CLEAN OUT THE FIRST TIME. Called another company @letts plumbing and he knew exactly what it was took 10 min said they just didn't do a good job obviously, and also guaranteed 30 days if any back up will come and snake it out for free.... smh @ you guys...

Called because needed a snake, not even a week later the line was plugged again. This company does not guarantee their work!! Would not come back and clear the the line just to give us a piece of mind. Accused me of just wanting free service in the future. This is a review on the company not on the plumbers they employ, javiar treated my mother good and fair the company did not.

We were referred to U.S. Plumbing by our home warranty. It was quite the process of calling and waiting from US plumbing and our warranty. So just be prepared to wait it out if you are using a home warranty and an appliance might need to be replaced vs a repair.

It took a couple of days before we got a callback as our service request was on the weekend after their business hours. We were promptly seen later in the week. Our technician was Danny who is a very friendly and professional guy. He was punctual, arriving a little before our scheduled window and contacted me to let me know ahead of time. I was not home yet so he waited for me to get home from picking up my kids. He went the distance for us to ensure our plumbing needs were met. We appreciate him showing up with a smile on his face and willingness to hear us out when we informed him that our water pressure and temperature was not back to normal after a water heater replacement. We eventually got it right and am thankful he didn't just write us off and tell us that's how it goes with old pipes.

Soooo my insurance company AHS referred me to this place. My initial conversation with the young lady went well enough, and they scheduled me for Thursday between 2-4pm. They tech was supposed to be Gabriel. 4:15pm on Thursday comes no one shows, I call them. First she says ""Oh he should be on his way, we're running about an hour behind"". Ummmm No one thought to call and tell me that?!?!?..None the less, I wait a little longer, dude never shows. I call back AGAIN, and now their service guy is not answering and they need to reschedule me for the next day. Promising to send a new tech Julio, since Gabriel is non responsive.Strike 1

So, I explain to the young lady that I need to leave my home by 1:45, so I need an earlier time. I can hear her explain this to Julio, the new tech, who is supposed to show up On time Friday at Noon. Even though she assigned me a window of 12-2, she ""assured"" me he'd be here on time and done tightening my two sinks and taking specs of the one that needs to be replaced, with enough time for me to leave. At 1 pm, I call them, yet again, and I get ""Oh he's on his way, he got stuck in Alamo, then she says oh no he's in Antioch and he'll be there soon.""..At 1:45 I finally leave, having had to have my mother come over to let him in. At 2 pm GABRIEL shows up, not Julio. Strike 2

While he's there he FIXED NOTHING!! He looked at my master bathroom faucet and said he couldn't fix it because he couldn't shut my water off. Claimed my shut off valve outside was broken and that he could replace it for around $800, THEN he could come back and fix my faucets. WTF? How about you focus on tightening the other two faucets then, as that's also what I called you for? Nope he claims he has to do it all at one time? LIES!!!!! I'd already been advised that it wouldn't take more than 20-30 mins to tighten both faucets, and that he'd need to come back to do the replacement another day. yet he didn't do either! STRIKE 3

Now, my Mom has me on the phone as he's there, so I let them know I'm 5 mins. away and will be there shortly. As I pull in my driveway, I see Gabriel out front in his blue truck. Before I could fully pull in my freaking garage he pulls off and speeds away before I can even speak with him!!

Unprofessional, Untrustworthy and Underhanded!!! Find another company!!

If I could give them 0 stars I would!
1. In my opinion, simply the worst plumbing company I ever had!
2. The contractor tried to charge me $450 for item(s) covered by my home warranty insurance company.
3. Office manage Xavier was extremely rude and hostile toward me.
4. Plumber Daniel promised to contact me with an update on my claim on Friday, November 27 but never did.
5. According to my home warranty insurance company, plumber Daniel failed to submit the report to my home warranty insurance company in an accurate and timely manner thus causing a delay and incorrect processing of my insurance claim.
6. Plumber Daniel promised to replace my cracked elbow pipe under the master bathroom but put a robber bandage on it instead.
7. One good thing about them is that they advised me strongly to change my home warranty company to AHS. I will sure follow their insightful advice.
