Would never use them again. It took almost two weeks to get water heater replaced. They lied, hardly ever answer the phone. American home shield referred them. American home shield lied too.

I'm all in supporting small and local business, however with the experience that I have, I cannot even justify to give U.S. Plumbing & Rooter one star.

My Home Warranty assigned U.S. Plumbing & Rooter to fix a leak on my bathtub valve. It takes about a week to get set an appointment.

First time they come, they couldn't turn off the water to the house by themself, so I have to schedule another time for them to come. (~1 week)

The second time they come, they are not able to replace the valve cartridge, and mentioned the whole diverter have to be replaced. So I have to schedule another time for them to come. (another ~1 week)

On the day and time window of the third scheduled visit, I received a call from their office stating that the technicians are not able to fix the issue and ask me to find a different plumbing company from the Home Warranty.

Obviously with the new plumber, I have to schedule the time which is another week out.

Total waste of time is more than 3 weeks. No accountability and no customer satisfaction.

We have an issue with our shower spout since november 5 up to now it has not been resolved yet. They are fucking liars. Set an appointment but will never show up and will report to my home warranty insurance they were there and nobody open the door for them. They did this to me twice thats why our issue is more than a month now.

We had a water heater installed by this company May of 2020. Our pilot light went out December 9th. We contacted U.S. Plumbing December 10th and inquired about our 6 year warranty, as this water heater is only 1 1/2 years old. We were told they could not look at it until next Thursday since they are very busy. We stated this heater should not have this issue so soon, and what could they do to help us since we are without hot water. We were informed they would have an Office Manager contact us. We have not heard back from them. They have a ""we don't care about your issue attitude"". We are extremely dissatisfied with their service and attitude. We were also informed by the manufacturer of the heater that the part required is no longer available, so we need a new water heater. I would not recommend this plumber to anyone who needs this type of service. If I could rate them below one star I would.

First American Home Warranty assigned U.S. Plumbing & Rooter to fix two leaky valves. A technician came out a week after being assigned and looked at the two leaky valves and said he needed to get the valves. Weeks later no follow up and still no repairs done. Don't use these guys.

Did not show up within the time window. Called the technician who stated he's ""on the way soon,"" after the estimated time of arrival. Was not contacted ahead of time regarding technician's tardiness or even offered an apology.

You make the call - American Home Shield assigned U.S. Plumbing to check a leak under the kitchen sink. After 2 weeks and multiple phone calls by AHS and me to the company with zero response, AHS assigned another company to check the leak. Given the amount of time I spent call U.S plumbing and AHS, I could have repaired it myself.

I've used them twice now through American Home Shield. Both times they resolved my issues with no problem and in a timely manner.

My 2 year old with a plastic wrench can do a better job. Promised he would come back with the correct part and never returned or called. At my two year old tried.
