Thank you again to Paul and US Allied Plumbing and HVAC! About 2 weeks ago, I realized I needed major help installing our new dishwasher, farmhouse sink, faucet and garbage disposal. I remembered Paul from his great service the previous month (he had hidden a pesky exposed pipe inside a support wall so we could remove our kitchen soffit for larger cabinets). Paul came back out towards the end of the day and hooked everything up PERFECTLY. We have been able to use our kitchen to the fullest these past few weeks - thanks again Paul!

We were in need of a plumber Saturday night after finding a significant leak coming from the main line valve shutoff. After doing a quick read of reviews on Yelp I decided to call US Allied. Obviously it was off hours so I had to be routed to the emergency on call tech which was Harold. Harold gave me a few tips over the phone on how I might be able to resolve the issue myself while we figured out how to get a hold of the city's public water works to turn off the water to the house it was the only way to stop the leak. Harold arrived at my house about an hour and 15 mins from the time I placed the call. Harold was very professional, knowledgeable and honest. He was able to band aid fix the issue so I was able to turn the water back the remainder of the weekend until US Allied could come back Monday with a replacement valve. Very satisfied on the first visits. It was $249 for the emergency trip charge no other charge was added for the band aid fix Harold was able to do. It was a great experience

Monday US Allied came out on time. This time Kyle was the tech. He took a quick look and explained everything going thru best case scenario and worst case scenario so there were no surprises. I have to be honest worst case scenario sounded pretty bad he definitely didn't sugar coat it. Anyway Kyle was able to replace the valve avoiding the worst case scenario. I have to say Kyle was awesome very personable, professional and quick. Kyle is the type of guy you want to crack a beer with after work full and have a few laughs. He even took time to look at other plumbing issues I was putting off forever. So now everything is fixed and I couldn't be happier US Allied will be getting more of my business and will be recommending them to neighbors as well so thank you Kyle and Harold you guys rock! Jason was professional & efficient, and gave me the best quote for the services I requested. His technician(Paul, I believe) was punctual, wore a mask & plastic covers over his shoes, and did a great job overall with the replacements I purchased.

We were extremely satisfied with the work completed by Paul Dziarmaga. I was a bit nervous about engaging a plumber via an app rather than a personal referral, but I'm so glad they sent Paul. He is very professional, knowledgeable and skilled in his trade and takes the time to educate us novices and explain everything he's doing. We had so many questions and he patiently addressed them all and fixed all our issues. I hope we won't need a plumber anytime soon but if we do, we wouldn't hesitate to ask for Paul @ Allied.

Paul showed up punctually, wore a mask, plastic covers over his shoes and was generally polite, respectful, and kept the work area very clean. Paul replaced an old toilet with a new one, was incredibly fast, efficient, and left the place looking better than new. Very happy, highly recommend, and I will be using them again for future plumbing needs.

Paul is fantastic. I had a basement drain backed up with black sludge coming out. Paul explained everything very clearly to me mentioning he does not need to do extra work if not required. He tried 2 methods and second worked. Afterwards, He cleaned up well. He also gave me extra advice on my water heater which was nice. I highly recommend Paul and this company for any plumbing work.
