Howard came to my house and helped me remove a water softener. He was professional. Masked up. Marlo set up the appointment and was very pleasant. I did not have an emergency but she fit me in for the next day. Overall their prices are competitive but the professionalism and reliability was wonderful.

Had US Allied earlier this year to install a sink drain to a new sink, when I had a toilet clog I knew who to call. Left a message for Jason and he was prompt about returning my text, as I stated it was not an emergency. Paul came out the next day, and after reviewing the situation, brought in this industrial size auger to rod the toilet. At first it did work, and he continued with this 10 foot auger until he got it free. It took about 10 minutes, but his persistence saved removing the toilet. He explained what his process would be before he started, and used the old motto, if at first you don't succeed, keep it up. Paul came in fully PPE protected, including his shoe covering, and was very clean and cleaned up after he was done. They accept checks, cash or credit on the spot, and Paul called before he came during the promised window, and then when he was about 5 minutes away. Again, very impressed and grateful for their prompt service, reasonable prices and great technicians. Thanks again.

I wish I could give them zero starts. Unreliable zero respect to the customer. After i scheduled a day off from work (the last day off I had), I waited for them, just to get a call from them 15 minutes prior to my scheduled appt to let me know they are not coming. I told them I couldn't take another day off from work because i didn't have any time off left, and they didn't care. They never returned my call to offer a different day. They are expecting me to lose another day of work or pay there extra charges. I didn't pick the original appt, they told me they would come from 12 to 4, smack in the middle of the day, I couldn't even take 1/2 off with that appt they gave me. Lost a whole day.

Thank you again to Paul and US Allied Plumbing and HVAC! About 2 weeks ago, I realized I needed major help installing our new dishwasher, farmhouse sink, faucet and garbage disposal. I remembered Paul from his great service the previous month (he had hidden a pesky exposed pipe inside a support wall so we could remove our kitchen soffit for larger cabinets). Paul came back out towards the end of the day and hooked everything up PERFECTLY. We have been able to use our kitchen to the fullest these past few weeks - thanks again Paul!

We were in need of a plumber Saturday night after finding a significant leak coming from the main line valve shutoff. After doing a quick read of reviews on Yelp I decided to call US Allied. Obviously it was off hours so I had to be routed to the emergency on call tech which was Harold. Harold gave me a few tips over the phone on how I might be able to resolve the issue myself while we figured out how to get a hold of the city's public water works to turn off the water to the house it was the only way to stop the leak. Harold arrived at my house about an hour and 15 mins from the time I placed the call. Harold was very professional, knowledgeable and honest. He was able to band aid fix the issue so I was able to turn the water back the remainder of the weekend until US Allied could come back Monday with a replacement valve. Very satisfied on the first visits. It was $249 for the emergency trip charge no other charge was added for the band aid fix Harold was able to do. It was a great experience

Monday US Allied came out on time. This time Kyle was the tech. He took a quick look and explained everything going thru best case scenario and worst case scenario so there were no surprises. I have to be honest worst case scenario sounded pretty bad he definitely didn't sugar coat it. Anyway Kyle was able to replace the valve avoiding the worst case scenario. I have to say Kyle was awesome very personable, professional and quick. Kyle is the type of guy you want to crack a beer with after work full and have a few laughs. He even took time to look at other plumbing issues I was putting off forever. So now everything is fixed and I couldn't be happier US Allied will be getting more of my business and will be recommending them to neighbors as well so thank you Kyle and Harold you guys rock!
