My mother was looking for a plumber for several repair issues. She needed someone who had the experience, and was up for the challenge of dealing with a house that was nearly a century old. I called Tyler Cervantes Plumbing and Drain Services after carefully considering at least five other plumbers in our area. We made an appointment with Tyler after an initial consultation and free estimate. Tyler was due to arrive at my mother's house between 1 and 2pm on a Thursday afternoon to install a new faucet in her kitchen. He called around 12:45pm to let us know that he was on his way as a courtesy, and then arrived promptly at the time promised, safely and respectfully wearing a mask and protective shoe coverings. Tyler was warm and friendly from the start, explaining each component of the cost of the job, and taking his time to listen to and answer our questions. He was professional and precise with his assessment of the installation and was patient and communicative with us all the way through his work, which was impeccable. Tyler worked meticulously, efficiently, and neatly, completing the job in half the time quoted! We could not have been happier with the results! The faucet looked amazing and even the pipes he replaced under the sink looked beautiful! It took some time to find someone this perfect. A reliable, talented, capable professional, who is also kind, thoughtful and charismatic, which makes him a joy to work with! Tyler is our plumber for life.

Honest! On time and professional. Best plumber I've ever dealt with. We had a clogged kitchen sink drain and Tyler carefully snaked the drain from the roof and from below the sink without damaging anything. He unblocked the issue and was clean and respectful thru the whole process. Getting a recirculating pump from his soon too so we don't have to wait 60 seconds for hot water in the master bathroom. His prices are competitive and fair. Highly recommend!!
