Tyler is extremely honest and professional. He responds immediately and makes himself available. We have used him on two occasions and both times we have been impressed by his work which has held up over time. He guarantees his work and also let's us know which work needs to be completed. I highly recommend him and will continue to use him for his services.

Our kitchen faucet was leaking on a Friday afternoon. We left a message with Tyler, our go-to plumber, and he responded very quickly. Said that ""unfortunately"" he couldn't come until 11 am Saturday, the next day (which seemed pretty fast to us). He texted us 30 minutes beforehand and was there right on time. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue -- nothing major, the faucet is not high quality and is wearing out. He advised that the maker would probably send us a free replacement if we sent photos of the problem (""I'm not going to try to sell you a new one""). I asked him if we could cover his visit time on a weekend. He said, ""if you want to."" Happy to write him that check. Tyler is the best.

Tyler is super courteous and while I didn't end up hiring him, I know he does amazing work because he came so highly recommended by friends (and I have seen the finished product - it's INCREDIBLE!).
