Not happy with a previous plumber, I called TWS. I read there reviews on Yelp and decided to call them. I had a small but getting larger puddle on the side of my house. Not really knowing what these 2 pipes were I needed to check this out. Thought about condensation but needed to be sure. Over the phone,showed Travis where and what. He explained the pipes were release 1 the condensation from the Ac. And the other release from the hot water heater. He figured it was jus condensation because I had been using the AC more the last 2 weeks at least. I aske him to still send some one over. I wanted to feel more at ease. Scott appeared, checked the pipes out and YES. It was condensation. he also showed me how the hot water heater releases which needs a pipe attached. Told me how to do it the right way. Tearing a hole and lowering the existing pipe in the wall because the new hot water heater release is different than the old. So all and all not a bad day. I was worried we'd have to start tearing wall and foundation up for a leak but no.
Thank you Scott and Thank you Travis. Money well spent to ease my mind.

We had an issue with the water for our refrigerator. Travis came out to diagnose the issue and it was the box. So we scheduled for him to come out the next week. Well today was the day to fix and turns out we didn't take the box out he just changed the valve for the line, and he was literally in and out within the hour! That's coming cutting the drywall, leaving to get a part, AND putting it in!! I'd highly recommend this company. Awesome customer service

Can't give enough kudos to Travis and TWS Plumbing.

After having a terrible experience with another chain brand plumbing company (Not Roto, but close) who tried to charge me $675.00 to unclog a single drain line, I called TWS Plumbing.

Travis turned up within a couple hours with brand new hydro-jet equipment and made quick work of my clogged drain.

This was done professionally, expeditiously, and I was charged a fair price.

I'll be using TWS Plumbing for all my future plumbing needs.

If you don't want to get jerked around and ripped off by national brand ""plumbing"" companies, I'd highly recommend TWS if you want professional plumbing done at a fair price.

Had a gas leak, had other well known plumbing companies come out and find it, very expensive and no results. Was given TWS number, called made an appointment Travis and Scott came out and within an hour located the problem underground. Gave me a real good and price to replace the gas pipe. then returned with in a week and had the job done within a few hours. excellent work and great price.
I recommend TWS over the large plumbing Companies that charge tons of money for very little job satisfaction.

TWS Plumbing is super awesome! If your looking for a plumber in the AV call TWS Plumbing. The receptionist Stephanie who answered my call was super friendly and remembered me from the last time I called. I've gotten work done twice by TWS Plumbing, and they sent out Scott to do both jobs. Scott is very friendly and a hard worker and has done such a great job. Scott put in a new toilet, and today he put in a new water heater, and he worked until the job was done. Thanks so much Scott for a job well done.

I called TWS to come two backed-up toilets (yech!). Travis gave me an estimate over the phone (fair price) and that is exactly what I paid. I made my appointment for late morning and the tech called me a bit later to ask me if I would like him to come by earlier, as he had a cancellation. Scott was the tech and he was helpful, fast and gave me some useful information. I was VERY happy with TWS!

Scott was honest and fair, he was going to charge us exactly what we were quoted and was very reliable. I even got locked out of my house and had to wait for a family member to come let me in and Scott waited the 10/15 minutes and was very kind and respectful about the situation. If you are looking for a plumber in the A.V. look no further. Travis and Scott are the best team for your needs. We had a water slab leak and they came over the next day. Scott was so friendly and didn't stop till the job was done professionally! Travis canceled his plans to come and make sure everything was working and even fixed our cartilages. We now have hot water that doesn't turn warm in 3 mins. Great customer service very friendly especially Stephanie. Thank you TWS Plumbing for saving us tons of money and extensive damage.

So beyond impressed with Travis with TWS!! Came out for a simple repair which turned out to be quite a large problem. He did his absolute best to work with us. The leak in my bathroom is FINALLY fixed after having 3 different plumbers come out and try to fix it. The plumbing in my track is uncommon and Travis came out and had it fixed without a problem. We haven't had use of our hall bathroom in months. Wish I would have saved ourselves a lot of time and stress and called them first.
