TWS plumbing came to the rescue when our water pressure was to high and out faucets were banging and our shower valves. TWS Travis identified the problem when no one else could. We had quotes for $1000s of dollars and TWS fixed for $450!!!! Would recommend!!

Travis, Scott & Anthony, I can not thank you enough for your AMAZING service. Initially contacted to have a whole house water filter installed, but when Travis got here , he noticed our water heater had signs of leaking, so we had this taken care of as well. Good thing this was caught on time! When it came time to havingthe work done , the crew (Scott &Anthony) were on-time, super professional and clean. Work was done in a timely matter with no complications what so ever. Very happy we went with TWS!! Great communication and superb service is what you get with TWS Plumbing. It's SOO HARD to find a good plumber or any service now-a-days and I speak from experience. THANK YOU TWS TEAM!

WOW, this place was good. My water heater stopped working so I called TWS yesterday after seeing their 4.8 stars on Google. Travis answered and I unloaded my plight. He was brutally honest. Oof. I made an appointment despite his terrible news, but was hell bent on a fix so I could call him back and cancel. Travis!!! With the truth bombs!!! HARSH!!! He said he'd send out Scott for a consultation in the morning, so I GOT BUSY. I Googled. I YouTubed. I called others. I would've definitely cheated on TWS with the first business willing to give me a guaranteed fix. I EVEN went to Lowe's and had a consultation. UGH. Travis with the truth bombs was right. I needed a new water heater.

So Scott and another employee show up early this morning for my consultation. Scott was very knowledgeable and explained as to why a fix wouldn't work. APPRECIATED. Now, if you have read any of my other reviews, you KNOW I'm a cheapass, so I was waiting for my day to be ruined with the quoted cost of a brand new heater with installation but that never happened. I was actually THRILLED with the quote Scott gave me. I think I saw a halo hovering above his head when I quoted him back for confirmation. ""That's WITH installation,"" I asked. He says, ""Yes and I can install that for you RIGHT NOW."" Uhhhhh, WHUUUUTTTTTT???? No joke, these ANGELS went and got me a new water heater, installed it, and took the other one away, all in about 2 -2.5 hours.

SUPER professional. SUPER efficient. SUPERHEROES. No need to look around. Scott and his quiet sidekick at TWS are definitely THEE BEST

I really like Travis, he is honest, he does an exceptional job and really put my mind at ease. One short conversation with Travis, a couple of pictures via text, and Travis had gathered all the parts he needed and was at my house changing out the water heater. He had the unit changed out in no time and put in a new high quality (made in USA) unit. The price was very reasonable, especially for the service and clean job he performed.

Now I will have Travis come out once in a while to flush the system out (preventative care). Just happy I called him!

I'm super glad that I called TWS Plumbing when I needed help!

Right before New Year's, I ended up with a gnarly slab leak and hot water was seeping into my bedroom and bathroom. This was my first major issue in a new house, so I was bit unsure as to what to do.

TWS sent someone over RIGHT AWAY, stopped the leak, and very patiently gave me advice on what to do next. They talked me through the repairs that would need to happen, gave me advice on what to say to the insurance folks when talking about the water damage, and promised to be back the next day to set up a re-route.

True to their word, TWS came back the next day, plumbed in the new lines, and got everything working again. Everyone they sent over was friendly and knowledgeable. I once again have hot showers and dry floors and all is well.

I'll definitely be sticking with TWS plumbing in the future. Thanks guys!

I needed a hose bibb replace first plumber I called did not show up twice and they quoted me a ridiculous high price. I called TWS Plumbing got back to me right away. They sent to guys right over gave me a good quote. I would recommend this company.

Our water heater was acting up so on a recommendation from a friend I called TWS. They were quick to respond, very informative and really walked us through the options.

In the end we decided to replace the unit. They set an appointment as quickly as possible. The actually arrived early on the day of the appointment and got right to work. They were very professional and very aware of the fact this repair was occurring during Covid-19 social distancing. It was nice to deal with someone who made it so easy to get this situation taken care quickly and easily.
