Had a gas leak, had other well known plumbing companies come out and find it, very expensive and no results. Was given TWS number, called made an appointment Travis and Scott came out and within an hour located the problem underground. Gave me a real good and price to replace the gas pipe. then returned with in a week and had the job done within a few hours. excellent work and great price.
I recommend TWS over the large plumbing Companies that charge tons of money for very little job satisfaction.

TWS Plumbing is super awesome! If your looking for a plumber in the AV call TWS Plumbing. The receptionist Stephanie who answered my call was super friendly and remembered me from the last time I called. I've gotten work done twice by TWS Plumbing, and they sent out Scott to do both jobs. Scott is very friendly and a hard worker and has done such a great job. Scott put in a new toilet, and today he put in a new water heater, and he worked until the job was done. Thanks so much Scott for a job well done.

I called TWS to come two backed-up toilets (yech!). Travis gave me an estimate over the phone (fair price) and that is exactly what I paid. I made my appointment for late morning and the tech called me a bit later to ask me if I would like him to come by earlier, as he had a cancellation. Scott was the tech and he was helpful, fast and gave me some useful information. I was VERY happy with TWS!

Scott was honest and fair, he was going to charge us exactly what we were quoted and was very reliable. I even got locked out of my house and had to wait for a family member to come let me in and Scott waited the 10/15 minutes and was very kind and respectful about the situation. If you are looking for a plumber in the A.V. look no further. Travis and Scott are the best team for your needs. We had a water slab leak and they came over the next day. Scott was so friendly and didn't stop till the job was done professionally! Travis canceled his plans to come and make sure everything was working and even fixed our cartilages. We now have hot water that doesn't turn warm in 3 mins. Great customer service very friendly especially Stephanie. Thank you TWS Plumbing for saving us tons of money and extensive damage.

The leak in my bathroom is FINALLY fixed after having 3 different plumbers come out and try to fix it. The plumbing in my track is uncommon and Travis came out and had it fixed without a problem. We haven't had use of our hall bathroom in months. Wish I would have saved ourselves a lot of time and stress and called them first.

After getting several estimates from several other companies Scott came in and was so pleasant, honest, and friendly like a breath of fresh air. Their estimate was a fraction of everybody else's. They came in, did the work were on time, finished quickly, went above and beyond, and didn't leave a huge mess like I've seen in the past. My family is so impressed we will be calling them again for future plumbing work! Highly recommended to any and all!!!

We were visiting my grandmas for Christmas when we smelled gas and since she had lost her sense of smell we had no idea how long it had been going on (very bad problem). Although they say they're 24/7, when we called at 11pm we got no answer. We then utilized the 24/7 texting service... basically asking about gas line repair. We got a single response: ""yes but can we talk about this during normal business hours????"". We called in the morning, again, there was no response. Lost our business. All I ask is that if you advertise 24/7 that you follow through. It's not a necessary business model, but if you claim it, do it.

UPDATE: Got this response to my review (photo). All I see is rude men and bad business.
