Had a slow leak from my water heater that I wanted to take care of ASAP (don't ignore leaks!) so I called TWS Plumbing. Travis gave me a reasonable quote over the phone to replace the old one with a similar model that was around 10% lower than the next best price from a well rated company on Yelp. I booked them and they were able to come out the next morning.

Jose was the main guy. He was friendly and knowledgeable. After looking at the serial number, he told me that my water heater was 16 years old and that most of them last around 8-10 years. (I've only been in this home for a little over a year). He made quick work of the water heater swap with a little help from Travis who stopped by quickly. The job was complete in around 90 minutes which is less than the original 120 minutes Travis quoted me. Hot water is back up and running with no more leaks.

I needed an extension to my gas line in the attic brought down into the wall for a new fireplace stub out. Travis immediately sent out a couple of his guys to assess what was needed. He said he had to order some special conduit so I was expecting a delay. However, that came in the next day and he was able to complete the job super fast. His guys were also all super nice and polite.

Super friendly and professional. Overall great experience! They gave me a super fair price and traveled all the way to Mojave. Fixed bad plumbing in the house and with a little work found the clog in my kitchen drain. Great conversation during the visit and I was able to even be a little helper by holding the light, haha. Very professional and helpful! He checked things out, told me he could start tearing things apart because the problem could be one of many possibilities - but said to try a DIY fix first! Then he didn't even charge to come out and check things over. So if my DIY fix doesn't work, I'll definitely be calling him back.
