Tyler & his brother Chris do a great job installing water heaters. Tyler answered my messages even over the weekend and provided great follow up, their prices are very competitive (I researched heavily, including Home Depot) and you can get a better quality water heater for a similar price through them, we got a Bradford White premium heat pump water heater instead of a standard Rheem water heater, they showed up on time with a big truck and was very efficient. Installation within two hours, our brand new water heater was functioning, we are glad they were able to come out fast in case our slow leak turned into an emergency. Amazing! Such great service. They were working at my neighbor's house - dropped what they were doing to come troubleshoot my water heater and fixed the problem instantly. Tyler and Chris are some of the best professionals I've dealt with in the maintenance industry. My family and I have used them twice now to replace water heaters. One required complicated piping and was quoted by three different companies and Two Brothers came in more than 40% lower than the other two! They are very responsive and were able to install complete the work the day after I requested help. I'm past the point of looking at other places - they are the only contact I need for anything related to hot water replacements/repairs. We had an issue with a water hammer which we were told was due to a water logged expansion tank. I was planning to do it myself but Two Brothers Water Heater Repair quoted a very competitive price to replace the water tank. It made it worthwhile to have them do it. They were flexible with scheduling and were on time, professional, effective and got the job done in no more than 10 minutes. We had a hot water heater malfunction at rental property which is a family of Mom, Dad and 3 small children. We needed a quick response and Two Brothers (Chris) replied within 2 hours of my initial call. They worked with all of our schedules and installed a quality Bradford White HWH promptly and exactly as scheduled. There were a few issues that the Brothers worked through which included a new shut off valve and drip pan (see photo). All the extras were done without additional cost. Two Brothers?? Hell YES!

Highly recommend Two Brothers for your water heater needs. They are super responsive to inquiries, knowledgable, and perform quality work. I have a complex setup in which the water heater also powers the heating system for my home. The type of tank I had is no longer being made so when I needed to replace my old tank last year, Two Brothers did a great job replacing the tank and also was able to make a conversion on my system to work with standard tanks. I also needed further work done recently to replace a faulty valve and they were able to perform the service within a day.
