My water heater broke. I usually like to fix things myself because I have had bad experiences with feeling like repairman taking advantage of the situation. However, I didn't have the time and the impact of not having hot water affected more than just me.

I appreciated how quickly they responded to me. We had to communicate back and forth because Tyler wanted to make sure he understood the full extent of the project which I appreciated because I didn't want any surprises during the installation.

They came the very next morning, replaced my water heater. Installation was quick, were considerate towards our house, and even went above and beyond what we had asked them to do. Pricing was fair (I took several quotes from other companies) Very nice guys and respectful guys.

After researching and obtaining bids for my replacement project, I elected to go with this company. Highly yelp rated, it's a small family business which I decided was a good bet- reliable workmen in this time of worker shortage.
And they were great- professional, courteous - good communication. The job was efficiently done and they cleaned up afterwards though no mess actually. I felt there was quality and value in the service.
I'm posting a photo of the final installation- the leak sensor - water shutoff technology was an add on I wanted for peace of mind during time away.

Super professional! I got them to do a maintenance service in a rental that I had overlooked for a few years. They did a flush and full check on the water heater. On top of it they did services beyond regular maintenance. They uncovered and fixed severe installation issue where exhaust pipe connection wasn't secured properly and would have caused a CO leak. I was initially skeptical--so many good reviews, there's no way it's true. But these guys are really skilled at what they do and SOOO easy to work with.

I reached out to a few different companies to get quotes. What I loved about working with Tyler on quote and scheduling:
(1) Super responsive, (2) Willing to communicate via non-phone communication. After our initial chat, email or texting was just easier to convey information and he was willing to work with me rather than forcing me to call him like some other companies, (3) Gave a spot on quote for our scenario and was able to explain the cost effectively without hidden costs. A few other places gave a number that didn't include the little things, (4) followed up with a closer arrival time the day before that shortened the window I had to wait for the install crew.

Day of installation was easy and great as well. Chris was there and communicated his arrival plan and any delay. He was only running 10 minutes late but still gave me a call to let me know. I really appreciate how these guys seem to value my time. It's super rare these days when people show up very late or not at all after making appointments.

Highly recommend! I just wish they did more than water heaters because I would use them again in a heartbeat, but probably won't have the need for a while! Great company and great people!
