We recently remodeled our kitchen, and installed a new sink which has a different drain outlet orientation. This required the relocation of the drain pipe under the sink.
Vahan come out the same day we called, and gave us a competitive estimate. We chose him not only because of his price, but also because of the comprehensive solution he suggested. He proposed modifying the pipes from outside (cutting through stucco, rather than trying to rig up twists and turns from the inside).
After some research, we came to realize his solution was indeed the right one.

He completed the job exactly as proposed. He repaired the outside stucco wall as good as new. His workmanship was top-notched. He really takes pride in his work results. He was also exceptionally clean, covering work area before hand, and meticulously cleaning after.

On top of this, he is one of the most personable guys around. Easy to talk to, informative, and very generous with his time.

It was through a friend's referral that I called Twins Plumbing and I've been completely happy with Vahan's work, both big and small jobs. First time I met Vahan, he installed a reverse osmosis water filter system I bought from Costco, plus fixed a few other problems I didn't know I had in the kitchen. He spent a long time at my house as a first time customer even though it was just a small job. The price was extremely reasonable.

Then most recently, the underground water line to my house broke. This required digging out the old system and repiping ~ 70 feet from the water meter to the regulator. Vahan finished the job in just one day while I was not able to be home and left the job site clean. On top of having a single shut-off valve, he came back to install an additional shut off valve on top of what was agreed on, after the job was already completed.

It's very hard to find a good plumber these days. Vahan not only does great work at a fair price, but he's also a really nice guy.

While changing out the bathroom faucet we got a leak in the shut off valve and the trap pipe wouldn't come off! Im so happy I found Twins Plumbing. Vahan came out within in 15 minutes of calling him and he got the job done right away! There were no hidden costs, he quoted me over the phone a price range and the job was not more than what he said it would be. Hopefully I will not have to call him again, but if I ever need a plumbing job, I'll be sure to call him!

I have some rental units and count myself a pretty good handyman. I do most of my own fixes. Yesterday I had a leak in a copper supply line that had me stumped. I called Twins in the morning and explained the situation. Vahan came out to the house and was very accommodating to my schedule and met me when it was convenient for me to leave work. First big PLUS. Then he looked over the situation and gave me an on the spot estimate (painless) and proceeded with the repair. He answered all my questions about other plumbing situations while he worked, and he was like a machine on the repair and had the leak fixed and water back on in less than 20 minutes. Then he even stuck around to look at other areas of the property and potential plumbing situations I asked about he and told ME how to repair it. On top of all this, he was friendly beyond measure, clean and very high energy. This guy likes people and he knows his job. I will definitely use Twins Plumbing again for any future plumbing needs.

You will not regret calling Twins Plumbing! It's really hard to know who to call when you need a plumber, because you want to make sure they are honest and will not take advantage of you. I initially spoke to Vahan on a Friday. He was going out of town, but offered to come to my house on a Sunday. He quoted me the price on the phone and stuck to it, even though the job was more complicated than I initially believed it would be. He was very professional and went out of his way to make sure the job was done properly. Vahan will definitely be the first and only one my family and I call when we have any plumbing issues.
