I first worked with Vahan from Twins Plumbing when my HOA needed a new plumber. Vahan was very responsive and came out right away to fix a cracked pipe in our building. From that day we used him to do our early pump and pipe maintenance. Since then, I moved and I continue to use Vahan. He has repiped the sewer pipes in our new house and installed all new plumbing in our new back house. This man takes pride in his work! He is honest and reliable. His prices are very fair and quality is top notch. When you find a good professional you want to keep them around. Vahan is definitely a keeper! I recommend him to all our friends.

So here is the same review again: We were recommended Vahan by our interior designer to work on fixing an upstairs shower pan that was leaking. Vahan with Twins Plumbing is extremely professional, knowledgeable, reliable, good-natured, and hard-working. It turned out he had to clear a sewer blockage and water from our basement, replace our water heater, fix other undetected leaks in our pipes, and replace the pipes under our house. He did it all swiftly with excellent quality work. He went above and beyond what I expected and he really took pride in his work. He absolutely was the right guy for our complicated plumbing issues!

Sergio from your company came out a gave me a quote of $4800 and three days work! He even gave me one of your contracts to sign, which I did not. Several texts from your company asking me to sign followed that.

I wrote a second review because Yelp removed the first one because I mentioned another plumber by name (who wasn't a crook!), and who fixed it in an hour and only charged me $375, which totally fixed my problem,

Referred to them by a friend who lives in Echo Park even though we are in West Hollywood. Vahan showed up on time, was so kind and professional and worked until he got the problem solved. Any other plumber would have charged us tons of money and told us they needed to open the wall etc to get to the clog. He worked on it down in the walls of our building until it cleared without opening anything. I couldn't believe how reasonable his quote was before he came out and he stuck to that same quote when he finished the job. He is my new go to guy and I am recommending him to everyone.

I highly recommend Vahan and Twins Plumbing. Vahan has installed a water heater and a water purifying and softening system in my house. He has fixed faucets, toilets, showers and pipes for me. He always does an excellent job whether it's big or small. And he gives good advice regarding plumbing problems.
