I used Vahan for an outdoor plumbing job to fix our sprinkler system and add a new line to expand our system. He was totally professional, fair in how he estimated the cost and did a great job. He made a suggestion on re-piping that made everything easier to do too. I plan to use him again when needed.

Vahan has done quick, thorough work on several projects for me - everything from clearing drains, removing counters and cabinets, installing new cabinets and fixtures, and replacing pipes. Vahan will treat you right. I've used his service twice now, once about a year ago for a water heater problem, once for clogged drains (today). He is absolutely prompt in appointments, completely capable and organized in all respects. And very reasonable. Plus he's a very friendly and approachable guy. He goes the extra mile to do it right and make you happy. I remember with the water heater he had to drive all over to get the right part. No extra charge.

I saw the lousy comment from this guy Jay P. in March. I'm not sure what his problem is. Look at the other glowing reports plus this one... If you use Vahan, you'll keep his card where you can find it.

If you are looking for an honest, ethical, and professional plumber at a great price, look no further. Vahan is the man! Don't bother with anyone else. He knows his business backwards and forwards. If he gives you a time of arrival, believe it. You can set your watch by him. Just did my kitchen remodel that was anything but easy and he did a great job. I give Vahan two thumbs up, five stars, etc.

They estimated for plumbing work and never came next day for the appointment and ignored phone call and not answered the phone.
What a waste of time ,money,and effort.

Vahan was amazing, he came as soon as he could, and did a wonderful job. He was friendly, professional, and gave me a fair price. I would definitely recommend him, and would call him for any plumbing needs I might have in the future. Great plumber!

Talk about a can do guy! Vahan came out to inspect the plumbing on a home my wife and I were in the midst of purchasing and pointed out issues which needed repair as well as pointing out the aspects of the plumbing which were in great working order which indicated to me he was an honest expert. I knew then he was the guy for us. He was able to execute many fixes which required a litany of skills all the way from faucet installations to newly brazed copper piping elbows on the dishwasher installation and AC drain coupling. I was truly impressed with him completing those tasks with custom work, not some homologation of prefab pvc parts. He completed far too many tasks for me to mention here, but rest assured he will give you the best price and the best service.

Vahan is fantastic!! He is truly a breath of fresh air when it comes to plumbing. It is a family owned business and it doesn't take long to notice that they take pride in what they do and they do it well and at a low cost. I highly recommend giving them a try and I don't hardly ever even write reviews but they deserve it.

I just joined Yelp so I could write this review and describe in glowing language my fantastic experience with Vahan.

We had just bought a house and there was a ton of work to do, not to mention repiping the entire thing. Vahan came in and described with complete confidence what he would do, why, how and where. Of the quotes I got, he was among the lowest prices I heard, but his manner was the most professional and his attitude was the most easygoing.

He was always on time and his manner was impeccable. He never for a moment lost his cool, even though the job was a bear.

Also, side bonus, Vahan knows EVERYBODY. You need three dudes with a sawz-all to show up and remove a huge steel gate? No problem. Be here in an hour and they'll take the gate with them. You need a professional plasterer to patch that huge hole you just punched in the wall? My guy will do it. No problem. What's that David? You've never laid floor before and are in over your head? Here, borrow my tools and let me show you how to do it. Don't worry. It will be fine.

Of all the choices we made in buying and repairing this house, Vahan was by far one of the best and would unhesitatingly recommend him without qualification.
