Scott and Matt came to diagnose our water heater problem. From the start I could tell they were honest, stand up guys. We called some other plumbers before them who tried to tell us our water heater was bad quality and tried to convince us to buy one of theirs and upsell us on their very expensive ""packages."" I declined and went with Twin Plumbing to get a second opinion.

As soon as Scott walked in and looked at our water heater he remarked that the water heater we had was a really good quality one that most contractors use (this was without any prior knowledge of other plumbers visiting beforehand).

They also took the time to verify if our water heater's warranty really had expired as I was told by the other plumbers.

After assessing the issue we ended up getting a new water heater at a very reasonable price.
