I had a leak from my upstairs neighbor's unit and I called Scott and Twin Plumbing to diagnose and possibly repair the problem.

I had put out several requests for quotes on Yelp, and Scott was the first person to call me. I felt like he was very clear with respect to the costs and how he would go about the leak detection process. He didn't seem pushy in the least, which I liked.

Scott was very punctual and extremely thorough. He had to go back and forth between my unit and the upstairs unit a number of times, but eventually he found the problem and patched the leak via caulking. It will be up to my neighbor to do a permanent fix.

He also noted problems with my bathroom faucet and said he could replace it or I could get it free from Moen. I told him that I like free, and he even went to the trouble to look up the part numbers to save me time.

I thought the pricing was fair and I'm pleased with the service that I received from Scott and Twin Plumbing. I definitely do recommend them.
