The intuition of Scott and Edward proved reliable. Although CPL was off by a few feet it was $400 more to find the leak. All in all $1875 in total to break concrete find a repair the transition piece from pvc to copper. On top of that they did it on the weekend.

We had a backed up washer drainage pipe that was overflowing from the washer box - a rather new development. Scrambled to find a plumber who could address this as quickly as possible and recalled Edward's handiwork and excellent customer service from a previous job.

I called Twin Plumbing in the AM, left a voicemail, and the owner, Scott, promptly responded. I asked if he could accommodate a small window of time I had, between 12:30 and 2 PM. Despite having his busy schedule he made it happen and got the job done. Problem solved!

Scott was thorough and he took the time to QA his work, to make sure everything ran smoothly afterwards.

Plumbing issues suck! I noticed water spots from the ceiling of my garage (live in a townhome with neighbors above it), sent out requests through Yelp and Scott responded right away. He first tried to help me over the phone, after a brief discussion he was over within an hour.

The leak ended up coming from the most obscure spot, really have no clue how he found it so quickly but was thankful for his expertise and diligence. Not only did he help solve that issue, but put me in contact with an incredible restoration company that cleaned everything up after he fixed the leak.

Bottom line, incredibly responsive, easy to work with, thorough and diligent. Hopefully don't have to use his services again, but he'll be the first I call if needed.

Scott showed up to ""clean-up"" after previous plumber. Readily identified the problem with a tub spout leak. Replaced the pipe, spout fixture, and overflow drain cover. Also added the finishing touches to previously ""completed"" job by the other company. Honest, to the point work.
Also recommended alternatives to water treatment to help prevent future pipe issues.
