Kudos to Scott who helped us during an emergency water heater issue. We had a busted water heater that was flooding into the neighbors downstairs condo. I did not know how to shut off the valve( it ended up being broken ) Scott was able to quickly make it on site and turn the water off to the condo thereby saving the neighbor anymore damages to his condo :) he assessed the situation quickly and was pretty expedient at repairing the issue. I consider the price reasonable considering it was an emergency. I highly recommend Scott and Twin Plumbing to anyone in the San Diego area!

I can't imagine how someone could have given Scott a ""1-star"" review. My elderly parents had already had two plumbers out to look at a hot water issue and neither could diagnose the problem with their hot water circulating pump. I called Scott at 9pm, he was out the next morning, he knew exactly what it was, drove across town to get the part, and had it fixed by noon. Scott was knowledgeable, fair in his pricing and very nice to work with. I wish I could give him ""5+ stars""

the guy wanted $250 to change a filament in the water heater !! finally paid $40 to another guy.

this person wants $100 extra for an emergency anything and pretty much talks down upon you if you question his out of the ballpark prices. avoid.
