Twin City Plumbing & Radiant Heat, Inc. (TCP) came into being by our owner and Alex Lemaich - both established members of the Stanwood. With a friendship spanning over a decade and a half and working together in the plumbing and HVAC field, our main mission is to provide only the top quality in domestic and industrial pipework offerings using quality components, high-quality skill, and excellent customer service. This ensures the safety and security of our customers, as well as their investments.
Derek Watson, the president completed the ""Green Plumbers"" course back in 2008, making him one of the few licensed ""green"" pipe specialists in Washington State. His expertise equips us to deliver services in recycled water reuse methods, solar water heating, ground-source heating, high efficiency fixtures, and various eco-conscious thermal and pipework solutions.

Sally L.I have used TCP for several years for my residence and my apartment building. Derek was great to deal with. A couple of years ago Alex was the only one I ever talked to and he did a great job communicating and doing great work, until recently. I have had trouble getting him to call and schedule with one of my tenants... like for 3 months. I reminded him a couple of times. Then recently, my tenant called me to tell me that a plumber from TCP ""no-showed"" him. I called Alex (and texted him) and left several messages, but didn't get a response. These guys were GREAT until recently.... I don't know what is going on. Maybe they aren't thrilled with my little ""there is a leak"" calls.... maybe they like the big remodel jobs better. I get that, just wish they would've told me that.
Steve M.Alex made lots of promises to fix a screw up. He did not follow up or take care of the problem he caused. I would like to have given him a strong, positive review. I cannot recommend him. I suggest taking your business elsewhere.
