Twin City Plumbing & Radiant Heat, Inc. (TCP) was founded by Derek and Alex - both local residents of the Stanwood/Camano Island. As friends for over a long time and partnering in the pipework and HVAC field, our main objective is to provide only the highest levels in home and commercial plumbing offerings using top-tier supplies, exceptional skill, and top-notch client support. Such an approach ensures the safety and security of our customers, as well as their properties.
Derek Watson, the president attended the ""Green Plumbers USA"" course back in 2008, making him one of the select qualified ""eco-friendly"" pipe specialists in WA. His knowledge equips us to offer solutions in recycled water reuse methods, solar energy hot water, geothermal thermal systems, energy-efficient fixtures, and various sustainable HVAC and water system options.

Sally L.I have used TCP for several years for my residence and my apartment building. Derek was great to deal with. A couple of years ago Alex was the only one I ever talked to and he did a great job communicating and doing great work, until recently. I have had trouble getting him to call and schedule with one of my tenants... like for 3 months. I reminded him a couple of times. Then recently, my tenant called me to tell me that a plumber from TCP ""no-showed"" him. I called Alex (and texted him) and left several messages, but didn't get a response. These guys were GREAT until recently.... I don't know what is going on. Maybe they aren't thrilled with my little ""there is a leak"" calls.... maybe they like the big remodel jobs better. I get that, just wish they would've told me that.
Steve M.Alex made lots of promises to fix a screw up. He did not follow up or take care of the problem he caused. I would like to have given him a strong, positive review. I cannot recommend him. I suggest taking your business elsewhere.
