Being in the plumbing services business, I'm sure these folks take a lot of crap - and I mean not only literally but also from very challenging customers. Well, I was one of those. We had a very challenging issue with a leaking/vibrating valve in our shower.

The easiest solution would just be to rip out the old system and put a new one in. However, good people don't default to easy solutions but rather the right ones for the people they service. They tried their best to find a replacement cartridge. Then, when they did find it, they realized that two of the rubber rings were missing from the cartridge they removed. My 9-yr-old son likely remove them to play with and pretend they were mini hoola hoops for for his roly poly insect collection. But, he did not confess it. So, we had missing rubber rings. After days and weeks of attempts to replace it, Steve found something from his stock and made it work.

In the end, we did not have to punch a hole through my daughter's closet, I did not have to search through my son's closet and drawers to search for the rubber rings, and I did not have to shell out $$$$ to fix a simple leaking shower faucet.

Why? Because the Turbo Plumbing folks were diligent, communicative, honest, hard working, and found the solution.

Dennis came out and solved a leak problem that has stumped us for years. He also replaced the kitchen faucet and helped solve a pressure problem in my bathroom. He was pleasant and reasonably priced. I would definitely call him back for any future plumbing issues!

Where do I begin? I was having issues with my bathroom faucet and just called Turbo plumbing just to get an estimate on replacing it with a new faucet. It was late and he told me to just ""text"" him pics of the faucet and brand etc. low and behold he ended up telling me via text on how to fix my issue (low water pressure). Issue fixed! Definitely have him on speed dial!

If you want a quick job done reliably, don't call these guys. They asked me to send details of the job and promised to take care of it in a day or so and completely blew me off. I'll keep looking for a professional plumber who wants to take my money.

Being a homeowner is awesome but it can get a little scary. You can't call the landlord if something isn't working properly. Or if you're like me you can attempt to fix it yourself. For the most part I can usually fix things around the house that break but sometimes I have to find some help. Finding someone to work on your house is pretty scary too, you never know what their going to charge you or if they even know what their doing.

That being said, these folks have earned a customer for life!

I was having some issues relighting my water heater after I replaced the drain valve and after one night without hot water I knew I had to call someone. I called around and after talking to a few flakes that never returned my call, Dennis called me back, which surprised me because it was after 5pm. So I explained to Dennis the issue I was having and he talked me through the problem and helped me get my hot water back on!

It's not just that he helped me fix the problem but he was friendly, patient and knew what he was talking about.

If I ever have other plumbing issues in the future I will definitely call these guys first and I encourage you to do the same, you will not be disappointed!

I just moved to Castro Valley. Didn't have a plumber...

My water heater breaks Christmas week. I called Turbo Plumbing and got same day service. They said my water heater was still under the manufacturer's warranty so they replaced it. In 2 hours! That's not the end of it...

Well,it turns out that my warranty had lapsed by two months and they said since it was their mistake, they didn't charge me! Unbelievable! I've called them out a couple of times and each time has been first class.

Super honest small business. I can't say enough good things about these guys.
